  1. Happy Father's Day RT. Prices are OBO, and am motivated to sell. Thanks, Eric
  2. Prices are OBO. Trade offers considered. Thanks, Eric
  3. Switched from Remington to Mossberg, so the extras need to go. I have a long range Patternmaster choke and a short range Patternmaster choke. They have less than 250 rounds per choke and are clean(were always cleaned after every hunt). Asking $75tyd each, or both for $135tyd. Next is a tactedge red and green dot scope, comes with flip covers and a spare battery. Has a Weaver polymer mount and all the attaching hardware. Holds zero very nice (both slugs and turkey loads). My 870 slug barrel has a Nikon and the turkey barrel has fiber optic iron sights, so don't need this either. $55tyd OBO. If you want all 3, I'm sure we can make it worth while. I am interested in trades-specifically a Limbsaver recoil pad for 935 and Patternmaster chokes for the same gun. Thanks, Eric
  4. Congratulations! Prayers sent for a healthy baby and a quick recovery for Mom!
  5. Good post Leo, not to mention great shooting....
  6. Hunting a new farm this afternoon after I leave work at 330. That still leaves 5 hours of hunting this afternoon and all day tomorrow....Hopefully thanksgiving this year won't be a butterball or a goose again...How'd everyone else fare so far?
  7. Thanks everyone, it really has been quite a birthday...Now if the daggum thunderchickens will cooperate, it'll be a great cap to the week...
  8. I have inspections at work, so that stopped me from headed out today. I'll be out before and after work tomorrow and Friday, and all day Saturday to try for a bird...
  9. Swapped a R3 Remington recoil pad and Remington turkey choke for some Mossberg AccuMag chokes with hangunner. Truely a class act to deal with, thanks again Charlie....Eric
  10. I'd get her to the vet asap....Or shoot dogdoc a pm and see what he thinks. Hope your little lady gets healed up quick...
  11. Now that is some CS if I've heard of any recently....Awesome, now if only the 1187 was as reliable as all 3 of my 870s, I wouldn't have had to go to a 935, such is life....
  12. Impressive. That sure looks very handy....You all are making me wish it was 10yrs from now when I am retired from the Army and buying my families 1st home...That time will come, until then I'll keep picking up some useful hints and tips on your workshops and man rooms....
  13. Saw a batch of goslings at a pond at my sons school. I am loving seeing them and my sons reaction of "Daddy, is it goose season yet? I am I big enough to finally go along and can I bring my Martin Tiger?" I live to hear that stuff and have him mean it....
  14. I had the same truck-it has a quick release tailgate (Ireally miss that truck...)I used a hose clamp around it to keep it from doing that and to keep thieves from walking off with it. BTW-Welcome back brother!
  15. There is rebar or a metal frame near the front leg on those targets-I assume thats what you hit. Thanks for steering me away from that target as my birthday present....
  16. Now that is in good fun and quick thinking there....Thats hitting the email list for sure~
  17. Wife and I did Breezes by Superclubs all inclusive resort when I returned from Iraq. We did the Bahamas, neat place and it was less than 3500 for both of us for 10 days/9 nights, airfare the whole shebang. Good luck in your search! Its alot easier finding than paying-thats for sure...
  18. Glad they are working well out of your gun. My XD40 didn't like them too much cycling wise, what brand are yours. I may have to give them another shot if they are using some hotter powder now...
  19. Now that is one fine way to break in a new bow-congrats on a great bird...
  20. Yep, got one on the trail cam last week. Hes got some sprouting already-can't wait to see what they grow into. These trail cams are addictive for sure... Oh yeah, 1000 posts now-RT has taught me alot and have met a few really nice people.
  21. Are you talking about the part that has the action bars and has that crazy nut that threads on around the forearm? I can look around the basement, but Brownells may be your best bet Al...
  22. I don;t mind it, but they do run small-a large fits more like a medium. They do repel water nicely, but their zippers need to be better, that was fixed with a stop at the cleaners for a new one...Hope yours lasts and works well...
  23. And I thought Jack-Rabbits and snowshoe hares were big....
  24. Not to be funny-but making ends meet was alot easier when I was deployed- no taxes and other additives such as combat pay and family separation. When you can't make ends meet with that much extra ching-someone is blowing it needlessly-we paid off all of our debt, paid for an all inclusive 2 week honeymoon, and started a nice nest egg towards my retirement ranch...Although, shortening the rant-their particular situation is totally hypothetic-maybe he is selling that one to pay for one of the Bowtech program deals or Bears military deal? Hopefully its not what we all may assume-which makes a tail out of you and me..
