  1. Summit is safe and reliable. the Viper is an inexpensive quality climber.
  2. Does anyone have any recommendaitons for a deer processor in the Pickaway, Hocking, Fairfield, or Franklin county Ohio area. Kroy's has closed this year in Logan. It was a great processor. Anyone have others to recommend? Thank much.

  4. what weight and length is your rod? You need a weight forward line and tapered leader with the right tippet. Shoot me an email with an address and I'll tie up a few wooly buggers and send them to you.

  7. I hunt yotes to protect the deer and turkey. They will multipy fast in a few years if left unchecked.on the property.
  8. I have seen different coyotes with golden buff like a retriever or a dark brown/black like a lab. They will have the body and head of a coyote but are crossbreeds, coydogs. Shot a 45 lb classic coyote in Ohio last week that was traveling with a buff/golden colored female. Wish I couls have gotten the *****. But the mail will be hangin on my wall after the hide is tanned.
  9. This is a great deal. But, I am looking for more weather resistant, colder weather stuff. I did have him try on an xl alpha bottom at gander mountain. It was too snug. Thanks for the response.
  10. I sharpen mine dry, and they aresharp. these blades are excellent for any quartering shot. Good Luck.
  11. Hi Guys, My son just finished EKU and is interested in learning the fine art of hunting. He's a big guy, 6'2" and 280 lbs. If anyone is cleaning out their closet and has any camo clothing in good shape for sale, please let me know. College costs put a crimp in the budget so I am looking for barghains.   14. Thanks for your advice all. I went old school with the wood stock, but with the bull barrel and accu trigger. Now, any advice on the best cartridge to use?
  15. I am considering a Savage .17 HMR with either a heavy barrel or a regular barrel. Is it worht the extra $60 for the heavy barrel, or not? Any help is appreciated.
  16. April, May and June for the hatches. ALso, November through March for Lake Erie trib steelheads. Tight lines.
  17. I found a turtle shell recently while scouting. The soft tissue was dried and I have pulled out the bones and the dried tissue. How do I finish preserving, getting rid of smell, and finish this. Any help would be much appreciated.
