  1. Right back at ya, Happy Thanksgiving everyone.
  2. Sooo True! That guy did a good job. Thanks for the laugh.
  3. All good ones. It also sounds like the people running the Country now!
  4. That sucks but... Let it go, she is gone and not suffering any more.
  5. The entire story is tragic from begining to end. He wasted the life God gave him by using it for evil deeds that shattered olther innocent people's lives. He spent years in prison costing the taxpayers tens of thousands of dollars and giving nothing back to society. Now he is dead and probably suffering for all etirnity (Unless he repented) which I doubt, so there are no winners here. Sad really sad. How do innocent little babies turn into such horrible MONSTERS! And that is what he was, just an evil wicked monster.
  6. Hickory nuts I have several large shagbark hickory trees on my property and that is what they drop. The squirrels go "NUTS" over them...pun intended.
  7. Deer in Wisconsin LOVE them. Grab all you can. I have put them out in front of my trail cameras behind the house and they gobble them up big time. Put them out and they will eat them.
  8. Nice Buck, I hope you get a chance at him during daylight hours. That one is mount worthy and would look great on any wall.
  9. Evil does exist in this world. Lucky for us there is far more good than evil though, and the way I know God, something good will come of this later down the road. Sorry to hear you and your church has to go through this pain to experience the good that will come out of it. Thoughts & prayers will be with you and your church community.
  10. I'm very sorry for your loss. I know the pain of putting a beloved pet to sleep, but you can find comfort in the fact that you provided a wonderful life for him while he was around.
  11. Amen to that. If thje rest of this Country ran the way these forums do we would be living in a near perfect society.
  12. Warren & Sweat Deer Hauler. I use a deer hauler, you know one of those two wheeled carts with the big bicycle tires that do not fill up with air. Mine is a Warren & Sweat Pony model. Best gift I ever got for hunting. Makes the job a snap even going over logs and hauling them up very steep ravines. I have had mine for years and I have hauled many many deer out of the woods with it. I LOVE it!!! When it finally rusts through I'm going right out and buying another one.
  13. I tested it out and... Since I have a population of wild deer right in my back yard that visit my yard every single night I can test out a lot of products. There is a wooded nature preserve right behind my house that is surrounded by farm fields on two sides. It is loaded with deer. I have two scouting cameras running 24/ 7 on a small bait pile. The deer can not be hunted so they go about their business as normal. one of the productas I testred was cameer deer. I put it on an old rotten stump right in front of the cameras, Guess what none of the deer in my area touched it, they were not even interested in it enough to sniff it. All the photos just show them stepping right over it to get to the corn. It eventually just all washed away. Maybe it works good in certain regions of the country. Trophy Rock ROCKS, all of the deer love it and hammer it especially in the late spring and early summer.
  14. More thoughts & Prayers. I hope you have a speedy and 100% recovery Chris.

    Grrrrr!!!!

Makes my blood boil! Here's the scoop, I baby my truck big time and do everything to keep it running and looking good. So I'm always checking it out and notice any little scratch ding or dent I might pick up. So today after work I pop into Walmart to pick up some Tinks 69 to see if it will draw any big bucks into my scouting camera set up. Anyhoo, I'm in the store maybe 8 minutes, and when I come out there is a dent and blue paint all scuffed up high on the bed of my truck right by the gas filler door. I'm like what the "Crud!" (although I was thinking of another word.) It is not a huge dent but the scuff is up high and rather long with lots of paint left behind so the moron who did this obviously knows they bumped into my truck. Well needless to say, they were gone when I got out there as no blue car next to me when I left and not even a note to say they are sorry for the damage. If you can't park your stinkin' car in between other vehicles that are parked neatly in between the lines, you should park in the back of the lot and WALK!!! I don't think I would be nearly as mad had they at least stayed around to tell me it was an accident and they are sorry, it's the whole sneaking off thing that really frosts my cupcake!!!!
  16. Congrats!!! Wish I had the money to buy you a BIG OL' TRUCK to celebrate the occassion.
  17. What is seafoam? I've never hraed of it and I'd like more information. I do my own oil changes, I always use the 100% fully synthetic oil. I want to do everything possible to preserve the life of my 2006 Ranger pick up.
  18. Just voted... 79% (736,336) voted in support of FOX. However there are at least 182,397 MORONS living in this Country that are completly clueless as they voted for the white house. How stupid and brainwashed can people possibly get? If people really educated themselves and followed what is going on and didn't just listed to the main stream media propaganda for their "guy" this poll would be 99.999% in favor of FOX.
  19. I remember them all in vivid detail. I can still see each one in my mind as if it was only hours ago that I killed them. I still have hunters remorse for each one and feel bad for them all. I hate the killing part but really enjou the venison and looking at them on my wall. They are such beautiful animals. I will never understand how I can love and respect an animal so much and then put so much effort into killing it, it is such a paradox.
  20. I hate when we have to do that. I wish we would stay on Daylight Savings Time year round. I can deal with the dark later into the morning but I hate it when it gets dark at 4:45pm as we get close to Christmas.
  21. Disturbing. I'm glad to say that really grosses me out. Sad to say, posted on some other sites you would probably get a date or even a marriage proposal. You've got guts man, that's all I can say. Next year try to pick something less scary.
  22. Sounds like you got the royal shaft. Although there are two sides to every story, from what you have told us you got shafted. If I were the other guy I would have kept the stand as long as it was fully functional no matter what it looked like just due to the fact that you had done so much for me. I would have sucked up the buyer's remorse and made sure I never bought something sight unseen again. I totally understand your frustration and anger. I think we have all been burned at least once in the past by trying to do something nice for someone only to have it come back and bite us in the you know what. I'm sorry for your bad experience, I guess all you can do at this point is learn from the experience and move on. Wouldn't it really just frost your cupcake if this guy went up to your hunting spot and bagged a booner buck that ended up on the cover of so many of those deer hunting magazines? Ouch!!! Talk about salt in the wound and a story fit for a made for TV movie.
  23. Depends on what it is. A turkey or fish or bear or small game yes for sure. But anything with antlers, no way. I just don't trust shippers enough not to break the antlers. I trust the taxidermist would not do anything wrong, but I have little faith in any shipping company getting my prescious antlers there and back in one piece.
  24. I give ya credit. There is a guy who is secure in his masculinity if he is willing to not only walk around in a costume like that but also post photographic evidence of it online for the whole world to see.
