I have bben asked a few times, whenever I speak up in favor of Gw, "what did Bush ever do for you"- my short answer is He never did anything against me.... I still have my same American rights that I had when he took office. I love the country I live in & the Christian principles it was founded on & I dont think GW tried to take any of that away from me. I sure gotta hope Obama will do as well, but I dont have very high hopes.

I Found the perfect Christmas tree yesterday while driving der for my son in late muzzleloader season. Sure wish I had found it before Christmas, I would have had it in my living room- wife or no wife. This tree was a 6 foot nicely shaped hemlock about 6 feet tall with the entire bottom half rubbed bare- would have just made a great conversation piece....

Ha Ha- I wish I knew how to post a pic.... My wife is the greatest- she likes camo pretty well too. MY BATHROOM is solid camo- walls, shower curtain- everything. Deer head hangs over the comode. small full body bear mount was just recently brought to the living room for more room.

I heat with wood too. I used to enjoy cutting & splitting wood, but I have been Logging for almost 20 years now & the fun of running a chain saw has kinda worn off to put it mildly. Also running through a mudhole on a 4 wheeler has kinda lost its flavor too.

Kinda lost (maybe mortified is a better word) on the whole pink nighty thing...

I find that its a waste of time hunting a hard rain, but right after an extended hard rain lets up, you better be out there, regardless of the time of day. ! light gentle rain doesnt seem to affect deer movement. If you have a known bedding area in some hemlocks, it might be time for a still hunt in bad weather.

I quit cope & smokes both. I never had the willpower to do it on my own till I became a Christian. Quitting was a pretty easy thing compared to some of the other changes that God had in store for me LOL
