  1. .270 If you handload, try 140g Barnes TSX on top of 58g H4831sc it consistenly gives me <.5 @ 100yds. out of my Tikka T3. Good luck.
  2. Anyone shoot slugs in a rifled 535? If so, what slugs and results are you getting?
  3. nice looka good better get some earplugs BOSS be mucha loud
  4. .270 Another vote for the Tikka T3. How many guns out there do you get with guaranteed accuracy? Tikka does...........
  5. fed up Kerosene enemas for all those dirtbags involved. Sorry for your losses. It's a kick to the groin for all us sportsmen and sportswomen. Hopefully the long arm of law will work in your favor in an expedient manner. Take care.
  6. Turkey gun Hats off to the SX3. The fastest autoloading shotgun in the world. I love mine, and it's cheaper than a bennelli. Check it out at Winchester's website.
  7. Which shotgun? That's easy............... Winchester SX3 or SX2. a little pricey but worth every penny.
  8. Polishing a barrel Polishing a barrel or "lapping" a barrel is usually done on a rifled barrel, primarily a rifle. What this does is that it gets rid of any micro-imperfections in the rifling caused by the rifiling process. It helps to increase velocity and accuracy. Hope this helps.
  9. Tikka Get the Tikka, you won't be disappointed. I'll take my Tikka anyday over my A-bolts. Good luck with whatever you choose.
  10. Barnes TSX I really like the Barnes TSX. However I only load for .270 58g H4831 and a 140 TSX consistently gives me groups measuring under .5 @ 100yds out of my Tikka T3. I don't understand why they are fouling so bad. Barnes even says you can go a little over max due to REDUCED fouling. This perplexes me.
  11. Win SX3 Amazing firearm. I have the slug barrel topped with a Leupold VX2 3-9 and the 26" bird barrel. Very comfortable to shoot. A little pricey but worth it. When I go to meet my maker, SX3 is riding " shotgun ". Hope this helps.
  12. .270 loads Tikka T3 58g H4831 140g Barnes TSX 1/2 @100yds.
  13. .270 loads If your going to hand load........ my Tikka T3 loves 58g H4831 with a Barnes 140g TSX. I consistently get .5 inch groups @ 100yds.
