All I have heard from people "Who is Chuck Baldwin?" Well now is your chance to hear the OTHER candidates that the wonderful media so conveniently does not tell you about. Most people have no idea (due to media shortcomings and lack of responsiblity of Americans to find out who's available) that there could be anywhere from 13-14 people on the ballot depending on your state. Tonight, October 23, at 9 p.m. ET, on C-SPAN there will be a third party presidential debate. Those invited include: Chuck Baldwin (Constitution party), Ralph Nadar (Independent party), Bob Barr (Libertarian party), Cynthia McKinney (Green party), Obama, and McCain. Interesting enough McKinney is a woman (don't know how that hasn't made news) and she is African-American. I still can't figure out why our wonderful media hasn't given any coverage to a African-American woman who IS a candidate for president:confused:. Seems to me that would make double history. I highly doubt that the media darlings, Barack and John, will make this cause of the embarrassment they would get when faced with someone like Baldwin. Hey it has got to be better than the socalist pitch we heard from both Barack and John in the past debates. James www.baldwin08.com

Well it has been a while since I have been posting anything, but I decided I would pull this out of the forum archives and respond to some of the posts that were put on after I posted my thoughts. First I do apologize for posting the same post 3 different times. The second thing that I would like to respond to is the post from Texan till I die. He was trying to correct me on a topic I was dicussing in my post(see his comment on the thread). He did find what appeared to be compelling evidence disproving my claim. However I did some research and now I am coming back with my findings to reconfirm what I originally posted. First in the Constitution under Article 1 Section 8 it lists the 18 (yes, only 18) powers that congress is ALLOWED to do. It does authorize them to declare war, but no where in those listed powers does it give them the power to grant a resolution as stated in the information posted by texan till i die. What texan found is a spawn from the extremely unconstitutional War Powers Act of 1973. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/War_Powers_Resolution The danger of this is that it gives power to one man to use the military for things that he deems important. (The reason the constitution was established in the first place was to prevent one man from having all controll. It is called checks and balance system. a.k.a. accountability) And just to confirm that the only powers granted to congress, where the 18 listed, the founding fathers wrote Amendment 10, which states "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people." This means if it is not one of the 18 then they can't go and assume command of things. Our government was founded upon individuals that knew what a tyrantical government was and they wrote what they wrote to prevent that. It was based upon limited government, and INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBLITY. Read the founding fathers quotes, what they said is a replica of what is happening today. If you have not read the Constitution, you need to read it. It is the second most important writing for Americans, the first being the Bible. I would love to hear him speak. If you have or know of any recording they did of his speaking engagement please let me know. It is wonderful to have other Christians that are in the spotlight spreading the good news! James -
I had this on the classifieds but felt like it would get more traffic here (please don't bust my chops for putting it here:eek:) I'm trying to sell my Fuse whisker biscuit rest. If anyone is interested PM me. It is used (I bought it new in April '07).

I could not agree more with you guys about how socialist, one world government, pro-war, pro-murder (abortion), unconstituional, (the list goes on) Obama is. In the same sentence with all those you have to include McCain in that sentence as well. I am more worried if McCain gets in because people really believe that McCain really is better than Obama, because he is a GOP candidate. People think that they are doing America a favor by voting for McCain, but really they have the same stands on issues and neither one of them has a solution to any of our country's problems. He is pro-murder (abortion): McCain told the Chronicle. ''But certainly in the short term, or even the long term, I would not support the repeal of Roe v. Wade, which would then force ... women in America to illegal and dangerous operations.'' http://graphics.boston.com/news/politics/campaign2000/news/Rift_within_GOP_is_widening_over_issue_of_abortion +.shtml he is for gun control (check out why the Gun Owners of America gave him an F-rating) http://gunowners.org/pres08/mccain.htm he is for the war (which was not voted on by congress, which is unconstitutional ) he is for big government (also unconstituional), he is for wrecking the economy by doing absolutly nothing (ending the war and bringing ALL troops from ALL countries home and keep them here would save billions of dollars DAILY! Did you know we have troops in 130 different countires? No that is not a misprint). The real way to solve the problems with the economy is not to cut taxes and tax in other areas. The real solution is to abolish the Federal Reserve, which makes money out of thin air with no backing whatsoever. Money used to be backed by gold and silver, but now it backed by nothing but lies and greed from self-serving politicians. If you would like to see a working, simple, and constituional solution to our country's problem go to www.ronpaul.com. He ran for president but was snubbed by everyone, because it was not who the super elite wanted in office. If you are looking for a candidate that will be on the ticket in November check out Chuck Baldwin at www.baldwin08.com . He is running for the constituional party candidate. He is not like the candidates that keep producing the same embrassing headlines day after day. Most importantly this country was founded on Godly principles that we have wandered far from. We, as a country need to get back to God. Sorry for the long post, but people need to know. James www.baldwin08.com

I'm looking at buying a new rest for my bow. Right now I have a Fuse whisker biscuit. I have read stuff on here about how the bristles cause your arrow to move alittle during flight and also after a while it wears on your feathers. Just wanting to know what you guys might suggest. I do like the capturing feature of the WB. I mainly hunt out of a tree, but would do occasional stalk. Thanks in advance! James '07 Bowtech Guardian

To anyone who can answer this: I was just wanting to get some information on the classified section. Is payment done by personal check? If not how? I have sold stuff on ebay before and have a great record, but I'm trying to sell some stuff off of my bow because my wife won't let me get anything new if I don't sell anything. I would appreciate any feedback, thanks. James Wilkinson

I got a few gift certificates left over from Christmas to the local pro shop. Can't wait till the season starts. My wife does not know why I want this stuff, but I'm blaming it on 8ptbuckpa cause he tricked out his bow and it looked really cool and I thought mine needed some custom stuff too. (I personally think it is a good idea to trick your bow, I have been told it is good for your health:D:eek:) Good luck to all you guys this season!

I was thinking about getting Kick's Gobblin Choke. I'm looking to get one for my new Franchi I-12. Let me know what you guys think and if you have any other suggestions let me know.

I also run them in hot tap water. I also use a utility knife but instead of a regular blade I use what is called a "hawked-billed" blade. It fits in just like a utility knife blade but the blade looks like a talon on the end. I find that this works great. I then clean off the glue with 91% isopropyl alcohol.

Within the past 4 days I have seen 12 plus birds on 2 different days. Saw about 12 on my way to church Sunday morning with 3 strutters:eek::D and this morning on the way to work not 25 yards off the road I saw 15 with 2 huge strutters:eek::D!!! It is getting time boys get ready. All were seen in North Florida. James W. www.ronpaul2008.com

They are the best I will not go into the spring or fall woods without it, especially since I hunt in Georgia and Florida. James W. www.ronpaul2008.com

Just thought I would put my two cents in, but Ron Paul is the BEST person for the job. If you look at all the Reps. and Demys (except for Ron Paul) they are all sleeping in the same bed. Politcally we need to return to the Constitution upon which our country was founded upon and Ron Paul supports this 100%. But most importanty God needs to be brought back into the hearts of people. Sorry for the preaching but it is the truth. IMHO both parties are wanting to drive us off the cliff, just one is wanting to do it at 80 mph and the other at 60 mph. Still the same result.
