  1. Thanks for all of the ideas guys, I agree with all of you. The newspaper ad is a great thought, the editor of our local paper is a good friend of mine so that can be easily done! Thanks again for all of your input!
  2. Hello all, I am kicking around the idea of opening a small outdoor store in my town, due to the fact that any good store is 30-45 miles away, and Wally World never has what I need, when I need it due to their seasonal product placement. So, what are some of the necessities you guys would look for in your local shop? Of course basic hunting & fishing gear, good quality stuff, but in the beginning I would have to start out on the lower end stuff. Also thinking about carrying a bad boy buggy or 2, seems like they are getting pretty popular now. Thanks in advance for your ideas! Can't wait to hear them...
  3. Thats good to know! I'm getting pretty anxious down here!
  4. Very helpful info guys! Thanks for the tips Bowtech, I can't wait to go shoot it and try it out! This is getting very addicting, I have almost forgot about all of my guns! Thanks again guys!
  5. Hey guys, pretty new here, love the info on the forum...I just recently got a bow, I havent shot one since I was a kid so it's a whole new ballgame! I got a used High Country excalibur, whisker biscuit rest, standard 3 pin sight, stabilizer, peep on the string, limb savers all over it and so on... I need some tips on how to best sight it in, since I have 3 sights I was thinking 20,30,40 yards? Just want some advice on what you all are using, and the best way to sight this thing in! Thanks in advance!
  6. Thanks for the reply guys, this is a great forum!
  7. Thanks for the reply, I stayed up way too late last night working on it, I had to solder the wires back to the little board on the timer, luckily I put them back in the right order and it worked! I will have to secure it a little better this time, and I'm getting a camera this week to see what the heck could have knocked it over!
  8. Not sure if anyone has experience with this.... My feeder got knocked over (hopefully by a big ol' buck:)) and the timer box broke off from the motor. There is a black and red wire hanging from the motor and I can't see where they used to be. I know it goes on to the timer but I can't tell where? On the little timer board or what? Any help would be appreciated!
