I was on the board of directors for the Irlene Mandrell Celebrity Shoot for the last 4 years and we moved the shoot around, each time we set up in a new place we had to check and see if what we were doing was legal in that area. I am in the Northwest corner of South Carolina and we have the same problem here. But the Mineral Blocks do seem to work better than anything else, I have pictures of bears checking the blocks out but then they leave them alone, the deer go crazy over them. Anything that has a sweet taste to it the bears are going to go nuts over and will do whatever it takes to get at it.
