Oh man, ain't nothin like a hot right out of the oven sweet tater pie with pats of real butter all over the top. Chopped pecans and crumbled up Brown sugar all over the top after the pats of butter have melted into the top with a tall glass of ice cold milk and I am in Hog Heaven. Those sweet potato pockets at Bojangles are almost as good as my Grandma used to make. Oh, dang it I just drooled all over my keyboard.
