No, my logic does not need work. The reason I went there is not from them taking my money, but from the conversations I have had with them. Within these conversations I have noticed a lack of intelligence/education. It had nothing to do with there job that I assume their education. And I dont think I said that anywhere in my post. Mirro is good. I understand the concept of actions dont always indicate intelligence or education. I do things that are stupid but that doesnt mean I am. Re-read and tell me that leaving change and money in your hat is leaving it out in the open. I dont leave tips for cleaning ladies. I pay over a hundred dollars a night/24 hours to stay in a room for under 8 hours. I am possitive these cleaning people are making enough money and get kick backs from the Hotel that they work for, like free meals(breakfast) and free or discounted rooms for use not on the job. No chill pill needed. If I needed one I would not be in this hotel right now because I would have freaked out about the situation. And I dont feel that I left it "laying around", It was in my hat on the coffee table in a "pile" of my peronsal stuff, i.e. computer, camera, second room key, phone charger, and hat with change and bills in it. The exact same as it has been left the three previous days with no one touching or taking it. It has been out with my computer the whole time I have been here. Did they take it, nope. I concur. I have been away from home for two weeks, I am not going to pack up everything I have and take it to the car every single morning then unpack when I get back to the hotel. I value everything I have including my clothes, which are most likely worth more than my computer and camera. The coke thing was just an idea. Not going to do it, since the money was not touched today. And plus it would have been tomorrow which is my last day so they wouldnt have my toothbrush to clean the toilet with.

haha, if they take the money again today, I will see what kind of video I can come up with! Thinking about it more, maybe they thought the hat was a "Tip Jar". I have to believe that there education can not be to high so I will forgive them once. Today will be the test!

I have no idea. I do know that my T/C enocre, walnut and blued in a 45 cal is now pretty much worthless out here in Washington. Can't afford another gun right now, so I guess I am out of muzzleloader season here. The only thing I have left is hopefully rifle season.:bummed:

the money was left inside my hat laying on the coffee table. I would also think that it was a tip except that it has been sitting there since Saturday morning with nobody touching out messing with it. I would understand if I had left it on the edge of the island type thing in the middle of the room where someone would notice it right off. I have all my personal stuff in a little pile on the coffee table, which includes my hat, which is upside down and had the cash and chance inside of it. Yes, it was out in the open, but the cleaning ladies Saturday and Sunday did not think it was a tip. Oh well, I am going to leave another dollar out today inside the hat in the same spot and see what happens. No one is suppose to be in the room at all today, so if its gone, stuff will be hitting the fan.

I concur.... Went and had a chat. Told them that I dont want to make a big deal at all. And told him what I would like. No more cleaning people in my room til I leave, check, free charge of room for the last 2 nights, check. I do still plan to leave a dollar bill out tomorrow just to see if anybody comes in. The only thing worse than a liar is a theif!

welp, me being the butthole that I am I am going to have a little fun with this. Putting out change agind tomorrow to see if they take it. If they do, change will go out Wednesday rigged to a little fun. Went out and bought a big bottle of coke. Going to taped some very small string that you cant see at all to the quarter. The string will run along the back of the desk and rest on top of the bottle holding a mentos above the opening. Touch quarter, mentos falls in coke. HUGE COKE CEYSER all over the room. Hopefully they will learn their lesson. I will be putting my clothes in the car in the morning and taking my computer to class with me. I am going to try and rig up my camera somehow and video it. I cant think of how I am going to do this yet but hopefully I will come up with something. I believe war has just started!!!!:bat:

So, I just got back to my hotel room and the cleaning ladies must have thought my toll bridge money was a tip. It was not a lot (only 5 quarters and 2 dollar bills) but it is now gone. I am at a lose of what to do. I really dont want to make a deal about it because I have two more nights here and there is no way I can pack up all my stuff tonight and get a new hotel. I just feel violated.:angry: Plus this stupid migraine is killing me! This day sucks...

Sundays Update. Today was spent out at Mount St. Helens. What an amazing place. It is unreal the power this erruption had. I learned a lot about the mountain and erruption today so I will try and answer any questions you might have. The day was a very hazzy day so the pics look a little odd, but anyhow, here they are..... Sorry for so many pics. It was hard to pick the best ones out of the hundreds I took.

I could care less about both these teams but I must say. This is one heck of a football game! They both are playing amazing. Both teams with heart, pride and desire. I love college ball and am beginning to become a Oregon Fan. South Carolina will always be my number 1 but Oregon is creeping up on the list. For all you non west coast folks that are a sleep, ya'll are missing one heck of a game.

It is now Saturday afternoon and I have made it back to Portland. I left tacoma this morning around 7 and headed out to the coast. Spent all day out there walking the beach, eatin lunch and taking some pics. I also have a new list of lessons learned from today. 1. The Pacific ocean is cold! 2. People will look at you funny if you decide to swim in the cold water. 3. When you get out of the water, the 60 degree air temp does NOT warm you up! 4. People will point and laugh if you somehow get in the middle of a hot rod parade in an 09 impala. 5. HitchHikers on the Oregon coast are pretty nice people. 6. HitchHikers become very frustrated when you take them 2 miles down the road and make a left when they wanted to keep going straight. But they like to walk and got 2 free miles. 7. Seagulls eat dead Seagulls on the beach. 8. Do not honk your horn in a tunnel when there are bike riders inside the tunnel that you were not aware of. 9. I can still use a map to navigate! The stupid rental doesnt have a single cig plug that works for the GPS. 10. I have concluded once again that I am ready to be in my own bed! Now on to some pics from today..... Anybody remember "The Goonies"? Yeah, it was filmed here.
