SALSA
2 big cans of Hunts whole tomatoes
2 medium size onions
6 Sorrento peppers (in can) (if you can’t find it in the can, you can use fresh Sorrento peppers but taste to determine how hot they are
1 or 2 bundles of cilantro
1 can of chili peppers
I also use jalapeno peppers in the jar for taste)
All ingredients are chopped through a food processor and then cook on medium heat for at least an hour. Salt and pepper to taste.
