RT Alaska Hunt Boy o Boy did I miss out on this one! I have been to Alaska 4 times from Barrow to Seward, fishing all over. If I had know about this gathering sooner I would of been there. Instead this summer I'm booked for a remote fishing trip on the Nushagak river in southwest Alaska the begining of July for king salmon. I was booked to do a Dall Sheep hunt in the Kenai Mountains but it was just busting the bank with work being slow and the economy tanking more and more everyday as everyone knows, I switched it to the fishing trip. If anyone is on the fence about going on this group hunt, get off and go!!! Once you have visited Alaska for the first time you will not be able to stay away! BELIEVE ME! BRHNTR

Picked up a 280 Ackley Improved for some long distance shooting while hunting. What is everyones take on this load? BRHNTR

Happy New Year!! I'm thinking about doing a pedestal mount for my Alberta Whitetail from this past year. I'm trying to design and build my own wood pedestal. I was thinking an octagon, about 24"+- across but I dont know how high? Does anyone have any experience with designing and building these? BRHNTR
