remington 870 express in camo at walmart $357 and there is a $30 mail in rebate if you get one before the end of the year! My nephew [waterfowler] got one a few years ago it is a great gun for waterfowl and turkeys!

Well, I got a small 8 point.It wasn't a wallhanger but it will help feed the family this year.I'll get it entered into the contest soon.

Back at it this weekend.Ohio second chance weekend for gun law.Only going to shoot at a buck.I got plenty of meat in the freezer and 1 tag left! Then i got 4 days of ml season in January.If not back to the crossbow till feb.

Well I'm planning a layout boat, diver hunt on Lake St. Clair Michiagan on December 29 & 30.Just got to worry about the cold weather coming and ice on the lake. Looks like they get blue bill,redhead,bufflehead,goldeneye,and canvasbacks.It could be a very expensive taxidermy bill if all works out good!

Looks like I need to try hunting Oklahoma for ducks.Michiagan and Ohio season has been crappy!Maybe next year I might check out your state for ducks.I was there this spring for turkeys and did great.Looks like you had a good mixture of ducks!Good job!

I went to Arkansas to see mom for Thanksgiving.On the way home tonight I hit a buck after a semi barley hit him.I was on I-465 going around Indy.4 lanes with concrete everywhere,I don't know what he was doing there.The semi broke 2 ribs and his spine.I broke his rack and front leg.Only a small piece of plastic that holds my fog light in was broke.It was a huge buck.Yeah I am redneck, I took it home after 2 Indiana state troopers helped me put it in my truck.I'm going to skin him and 1/4 him up tomarrow.I think I'll get alot of meat from him! Sorry no point from the only buck I have got this year.I still got to get my doe scored in the contest.I'm going to wait till our slug season is over,It starts on Monday!

A guy I hunt with had all the semi autos on a counter of a shop. He walked out with the benelli SBEII.The guy at the shop said it was a proven work horse of the autos.I shoot a 870 super mag and must say i'm jealous of his new gun.

Wanting to know what kind of slugs does everyone use?Ohio is a shotgun slug state only.I have a muzzleloader but i choose to only use it for our ml season.I just got a new rifled slug barrel and need some input.I still could use my 870 16 gauge with the old rifled slugs but wanted to use my 1100 12 gauge with a rifled barrel and sabots this year.

I had my trail camera stolen this year and it still makes me mad thinking about it!

Bucks are moving.My buddy seen 3 nice bucks chaseing a doe.He couldn't get any of them to stop for a shot.He hunts across the road a mile East of me.

I got corn on 3 sides of the woods I hunt, and a road on the west side.corn is coming off now.I have to work tonight and rain on friday.I'll be out satruday evening. and sunday.

I hunt southern Michiagan,very slow the 1st 2 weeks.I couldn't go this week, 3 guys went and got 4 geese and 5 ducks yesterday.

I just made shredded deer sandwitches.Cook meat in water,drain the water,shred the meat up,pour Jack Danials bbq sauce on the meat and let cook on low.All you need is a bun and a piece of cheese and some potato chips.

I went waterfowl hunting saturday A.M. then it was raining in the afternoon and evening.I went out this A.M. and when I got to my treestand I found a guy in it.I told him to stay there,I went to anther spot.The more I thought about it the more p.o. I got.I text a picture of the truck to my brother and he said it was the land owners neighbor[he has his own stands in the woods to hunt].His stands are no good with a south wind.I text the land owner and asked him to tell his neighborthat I would appreciate it if he stopped hunting my stands.I don't hunt in his stands and stay out of that area.I have put alot of time and money at my spots to let anyone other than the land owner and my girlfriends son hunt them!Sorry for venting, I hope everyone else had a better day!
