not much action here. i have had several small bucks and tons of doe. for now i am being picky until i see what i want. good luck team. keep everybody posted we want to hear from everybody on the team.
Dave, I would like to say that I am amazed, but I am not. The shots you took are So typical of you. Now with that being said, I didnt expect anything less of your photos. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME.
I actually have both a mathews compound and a horton crossbow. I still use both depending on which type of hunt im doing that day. Not sure what price range you are looking for, but you will just have to try a few out and see what you like. I like my horton very well but is a bit louder than most.
had it happen to me 3 years ago tracked for about 3 or 4 hours and the blood stopped. the problem was i had a good bloodtrail but not good blood......I smacked the shoulder blade and that was it. I actually saw the Buck like 2 months later with a nice bald spot on the front shoulder.
that would just confuse them when they arrived here in ohio because my billboards say IL/WI is where the action is and the entire state is public hunting.......
saw an episode on deer and deer management on the pursuit channel the other night and they were talking about deer with CWD and alot of the ones they showed had those warts on them. that is not something i want to see on any of the deer around here thats for sure.
