  1. Congrats! Another month before we get a shot at them up this way.
  2. Awesome buck. Cool brow tines.
  3. Nice Buy. Let us know how you like them. I like the idea of having both in one package.
  4. Hi all. That name works for me also. I'm in New york we have a May 1st opener, so a little ways out yet. But I am pumped up for it already.:gunsmilie:
  5. I've been applying for about 8 years with no luck yet. Hopefully this is my year. Good luck to all that try for a tag.
  6. I have been shooting the same broadhead for quite a few years now. When I decided to switch I was fighting accuracy for quite a few years with fixed blades so a mechanical heads was my first criteria. After that here was my criteria. - Chisel style head for durability and reusability - Availbility of replacement blades - I didn't want to deal with O-rings(this definitely narrowed the field at that time) - Recommendations from friends - Price - established company - Accuracy of course, but you really don't know that until you try them I ended up going with NAP spitfires. They work well for me and at this point I have lots of parts and usually only have to buy a pack or two of replacement blades each year.
  7. I will be trying this soon. Here is my favorite. VENISON LOAF ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 1/2 Lbs. steaks or tenderloins 1/4 cup Grape Jelly 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 cup butter 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Place all ingredients(except venison) in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute to melt butter. Pour half the sauce in the bottom of a glass baking dish. Lay venison in a single layer in dish and cover with the remainder of the sauce. Bake in oven for 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Spoon extra sauce on top of venison when served. That is how the recipe read when I got it. I usually double the amounts and add some potatoes, broccoli, mushrooms or whatever you like and bake them in the same dish. Enjoy.
  8. Looks like a nice knife. I own a different style case brand knife and really like it. The have an excellent reputation around my area since the plant is fairly close.
  9. That's one to be proud of. Enjoy it!
