Hey TN Bucknasty, I ve heard what you said about peeing in a scrape, Ive heard it before and never believed it, 2 years ago right before the rut got hot and heavy, I did just that, I had to go so bad,Whata ya do!! I saw the scrape a couple weeks later and it was wet and been worked and just about 20 yrds down the field edge a new rub appeared! That works or aleast in that spot it did! I believe it now!

What are you hunting? I have the Moss. 535 ats Tactical Turkey and I put a Simmons Black Diamond on it, Its really made a difference in my confidence!

I know what you mean, I tagged out opening evening. Indiana were only able to take one tom in the spring season. I still would like to try for another bird!! Im still fired up like its 2 weeks before season!! Congrats on the bird

This is my opening day bird, it weight 26 pounds and had a 9 inch beard with 17 mm spurs.

I bought the granddaughter a Mad Dog light turkey hunting jacket in mossy oak. It seems really nice and its held the camo color well with out much fading over the last couple years.

I shot a 26 pound tom with 9 inch beard on the opening day evening. I got done with my training courses and made it to the woods and was set-up on an old logging lane just in side the woods. Had 1 decoy set-up and made a few short calls and heard an odd gobble almost like it was choked out, I turned to my left and seen a white head just coming over the ridge line. This was the last place I thought a bird would come from because its pretty steep off the side of the ridge, anyway Im tagged out!! Its nice to have gottin one but it would be nice to try for another, ya know. Kinda sucks being done so early. So now what do I do? I guess Ill just go fishin.

Hey fella's, Im looin for a Mossberg 535 ATS barrel. Is there any web sites you'd suggest. I would even take a used one. It has to be for an ATS model, 500s will not fit due to the shortend shell tube.I was wanting a slug barrel smooth or rifled cantilever. Thanks for any info.

I shot a doe that was laying down, Her body was sideways to me and when I shot the arrow and it went low and kicked up the leafs. I thought I had missed but she never moved until I seen her head and neck start to wave. She laid out on her side and the arrow poped up like a flag. I dont know if thats perfect but it was cool!!
