I just wanted to share season with all my friends here .. My season started back in turkey season already . I don't get out to often for Turkey but this year we did. There is a group of us 4 guys who hunt together so we decided we r going the first day of Turkey and I decided I'm going to hang my scouting cam out awhile. Never did that befor because our spot is 2 miles back in and like 2 hours away from home .anyway no turkey for me but the one guy got a turkey ..fun day anyway The end of june we went out to my uncles camp and that only 5 miles from my spot so my wife and I biked over early one morn and hiked out to my spot to check my cam.. I was happy with wat was on it .it got me started getting excited for the season

Well I was out Friday eve and sat but I didn't see him .. I'm not to surprised since all pics r nitetime ..I did see deer sat morning chasing and I thought for sure he would slip up and come out for the excitement but never did..our season is over until after thanksgiving.. Good luck everyone

Good morning guy I was our sat again .we have our early muzzle loader season for doe only and we can also carry our bow for Buck and doe .well I'm back in about 2 miles and decided to only take bow ..bad choice . Bout 1030 a doe comes in to 25 yards in the thick stuff and turns just before my opening..so no shot with the bow ..if the flinter was with I would have shot in the thick stuff had a few small windows for the gun but not for the bow ..oh well maybe next time Anybody else out ? We seen a good amount of deer but nothing close enough to shoot

Knock em down?.my brain wasn't working to we'll but that's wat I thought of ... lol Anyway sat is our state wide opener and if all goes well I'll b in my stand in Perry County 2 miles back in .. sure hope I need to work my butt off dragging lol no trail just back in and there is deer there .. can't wait

Well guys it's just not my year !! First year in awhile that I didn't get some meat by now sat I was out all day again and I had a spike come in and was wishing it was a doe .. then bout 315 I hear deer and all I can see is forms of deer and can't see for sure if any have horns .. don't think they did . I seen this group of deer 3 times now differant days I was out and they all doe and there is 11 of them running together anyway if it's the same group . We have a point restriction here in pa and I wasn't about to pay a fine for shooting a spike .. had one opening that they all going thru bout 100 yards away and they just didn't stop in my lane and I couldn't tell leading up to the lane if it was a doe or not until it was there and gone .. oh well that's y they call it hunting and not killing. . Planning on going out sat morn one more time then late season yet . My wife's about tired of it

Hey strut wonder where his camp is ? We stay at a camp just up the rd from fowlers hollow park at the dew drop in camp for summer vacation .my uncles own that cabin . Lots of memories from the park fishing and bikeriding couch rd.. wat a great place

Well guys just can't seem to get points on the board .. yesterday was our rifle opener and I seen a bunch of doe and only a spike buck . Doe not legal until Sat so I'll b at it again to try for so meat and also my buck . We can also shoot bear sat so I will have 3 tags I could fill if everyone listens Good luck everyone

Well guys our archery season is over and I didn't put any points in the board .. hopefully rifle and that comes in Monday after thanksgiving .. I will b bear hunting tomorrow can't wait !!.. good luck to all still hunting !!
