Nice. Just one little bird eating underneath it now. Maybe before sunrise and sunset will show some deer. I will recheck another time. Thanks for the link
I like to get in my stand or blind and then range trees and such once I settle in. Then, when a deer shows up I already have a good idea of the range. That helps as sometimes you can not work the bow and rangefinder in time if the deer is on a walk or trot.
From what I read having a lower magnification will give me a wider field of view. That is good in thick woods. I have the higher powers but maybe time to step I down for a larger FOV
I just got rid of my water softener system that uses salt. I went to an electric osmosis system and dumped all the salt from the old system near my ladder stand. It will be interesting to see if it works. I tried the trophy rock before but I thought it was too small an amount to make the deer notice. I think you have to use a lot of minerals to get the spot worked up IMHO
I have D-link. Another brand, I forgot the name, just came out with a router specifically for gamers. Check out Cnet, PC World or even Consumer reports for reviews by the 'experts'. Good luck.
I can sit al day. For#2, it has never been an issue with me. I don't have to 99% of the time and otherwise, I am able to wait. On the rare occasion when it had to be, critters never seemed to respond or get alarmed.
