  4. Hey Adam, I'm still here, but I haven't received an email that I can recall. We upgraded our email exchange server a few months back, so I'll need to make sure it isn't getting blocked. Lynn retired last year, so she wouldn't have got it. When she retired, Dodd Clifton, who heads up our PR took over her responsibilities for sponsorships and donations. You can email him directly at [email protected]. Thanks, and sorry I missed your emails. S
  5. Very nice! I think we'll share the picture on our social media platforms and invite folks to come in here and join the forums. S
  6. It's been discussed before, but there has never been an actual plan to do it. I know that there have been sites that have tried it and failed. It's common on sports related sites and has done well, but our concerns would be the ability to deliver unique content on an ongoing basis and make it a service someone would want to continue paying to receive. In the hunting industry that might be hard when you think about all of the free information out there such as tips, product news, etc. S
  7. Thanks for all the responses so far. We'll give the thread to the end of this week or early next week and I'll get everyone's mailing address to get you some product. Scott Hughes Realtree

  15. Today's addition to Realtree.com's Antler Nation report got a "C' for a grade, but New Mexico is also the only state in the Union that offers both the Coues and Texanus subspecies of whitetails. And although those populations are considered slim, it still provides a unique opportunity for the willing whitetail hunter to consider. See the report here: Whitetail Hunting Strategy | How To Hunt Whitetail | Realtree ®
  16. This newest state posted today in Realtree.com's Antler Nation report nearly earned itself an "A" with roughly 5 million acres of public hunting land, a fairly low hunter density, and a history of producing some outstanding whitetails. But their licensing system is complex enough to make figuring out how to get a tag a bit daunting. See what state it is by clicking here: Whitetail Hunting Strategy | How To Hunt Whitetail | Realtree ®
  17. A new state report has been added to the Realtree.com Antler Nation line-up today and it's only the third to earn an "A" for it's grade (joining Kentucky and Idaho). See why and what state it was by clicking here: Whitetail Hunting Strategy | How To Hunt Whitetail | Realtree ®
  18. We're adding a new state daily to Realtree.com's Antler Nation reports and today it's Realtree's home state of Georgia. See how the Peach State graded by clicking here: Whitetail Hunting Strategy | How To Hunt Whitetail | Realtree ®
  19. In case you've missed it, we have an ongoing series of reports being posted daily in a new section of Realtree.com called "Antler Nation" and I've been posting updates or reminders in the Deer Hunting room here in the forums and on our Realtree Facebook page at Realtree Outdoors® | Facebook. Every day we are adding a new state leading up to this year's season. Today's addition was Tennessee. Here is a link to that one and the other six states we have reported on so far: Whitetail Hunting Strategy | How To Hunt Whitetail | Realtree ®. Just pick a state in the list below the map to go to it's report page. I'm interested to see what our forum members have to say about our editor's assessments and grades. If your state isn't available to select yet, it will be soon. In the meantime, there are some great facts and information to look at on the ones that are there. PS. and a note from the Antler Nation editors: The Antler Nation grade for each state was determined the old-fashioned way: Subjectively. We looked at deer populations, hunter numbers, public land options, accessibility and trophy potential in addition to license fees and availability when evaluating each state.
  20. We're adding a new state daily to the Realtree.com Antler Nation reports and today it's Tennessee. See how The Volunteer State graded by clicking this link! Whitetail Hunting Strategy | How To Hunt Whitetail | Realtree ®

  23. Realtree.com's Antler Nation team has added Vermont and Idaho to the list as they continue their journey to research and report on all the U.S. deer hunting states. See how these two new states graded (and if you agree) by clicking here: Whitetail Hunting Strategy | How To Hunt Whitetail | Realtree ®
  24. The first two states (Kentucky and Michigan) have reports and have been graded in Realtree.com's "Antler Nation." Check out the link to get the reports: Whitetail Hunting Strategy | How To Hunt Whitetail | Realtree ®
  25. Tony Hansen just posted an interesting Brow Tines & Backstrap blog on the subject of whitetail hunting in Wisconsin. It's pretty interesting and Tony is looking for some folks to comment and give their thoughts. Be sure to check out the links within the copy for more details: Dr. James Kroll's report on the state of Wisconsin deer management has caused a stir. | Realtree ®
