It is an AC joint separation, and you just popped it back into place.....my wife says if you rotate it backwards over your head is how she gets them back in place at her hospital....my wife suggests STRONGLY not to lift anything over 20 pounds with that arm for up to six weeks for the tendons to repair themselves.....my wife is a RN/Trauma nurse specialist and really good at what she does....take advil for the swelling, and ice the location, but it popped back in which is good, but you should get checked by your doctor..............al

Re: What happened to me and my son I rather be judged by 12 (jury) than carried by six......keep the gun close at all times buddy...good reaction on the pebble....I have had run in's with ex cons I used to babysit in jail as an officer....they know my friendly time is non existant with my family near.....I have no problems with expressing myself in the right to protect my family till the last breath is taken...by them..............take care and be safe........al

Well...my family quest to the Grand Canyon has been delayed till June 1st for my in-laws to go with.......we are going on June 1st, I dont care if they decide not to again or whatever, I have to give my father in law forgiveness for this trip being canceled, his brother, and only live family member on his side of the family died unexpectedly yesterday.....and it was his younger brother to boot...so, thats it....more time to plan and get organized....take care gang.........al

LOL....thats a great answer from a 4 year old..........I had a buddy call my son Sawyer on his birthday the other day, he just turned (4) and is a huge power ranger fan, so my buddy pretended to be the Red Power Ranger, and wished my son a happy birthday on 9am break at work...well at noon I call him up, and he says "ohhh, its just dad....I was hoping the red ranger would call me back...........gotta love kids.............al

Wife has a great idea....but Im feeling like Chevy Chase in National Lampoon "Vacation".....ready for this one gang...lol....roadtrip from Stillman Valley Illinois to the Grand Canyon.........with 5 kids, wife, and inlaws........yep, toward March 23rd if all works out....rent large vehicles, and drive like crazy........so, since I haven't seen that part of the United States....I think we should do it...........any ideas or advise would help....I think we should start out in the middle of the night so the traffic isnt bad, and the kids will sleep....any and all help on long roadtrips is appreciated....al

If you need anything as far as how to go about it, or the rewards for doing it...talk to my wife...the best thing I ever did was be a stay at home dad for 3 1/2 years and help her complete her RN/Trauma nurse specialist.....our phone rings constantly....she is working two different hospitals part time, and they pay her a great deal of money to do it....and there is no shortage of openings..........she will always have a job in extremely high demand.......al
