Well based on the other Parkers selling every where I have revised the price. Great BRAND NEW bow for someone. Brand new never shot Parker Ultra Lite 31 for Trade. I have never shot this bow and got it last year. It is Camo, RH, I am told the bow will go 26-31.5 Draw ( Not sure how to read the Cam ), Tru Glo 3 Pin Site, Nap Quick Tune Rest, Doinker Stabilizer and Matching Quiver. Also has matching Camo Limbsavers and Peep. Bow cams are also Camo matched to the Bow. Bow not registered yet. Bow sells for $550 by itself. I will sell this guy with all of the accessories for $390 TYD

As I understood it though it was all with the same person that handled certain orders and the higher ups NOT being aware of it going on so I am in agreement that I believe a few heads might roll. But if this thread now helped future orders for members I am still glad I started it BM

Re: REALLY ! Disappointed in Realtree GOOD NEWS ! Just got a call from a supervisor at realtree, who has offered to credit my order and make everything right for the other extra charges I had to pay. This is all I had asked for from day one and has earned RT my business once again. She said this issue was sort of hidden by the person looking after it ( NOT Scott ) and it was brought to her attention today by Scott and she was very upset it had gone this far. Customer service, thats what it is all about ! BM

I have had MANY PM's including a few from you asking me where things stand so I updated the post, what is wrong with that ? And yes you are right it will take ALLOT for RT to gain my business back over this. Thats business, I deal with it myself everyday. Why should RT be any different ? Are they above all the rest of us ? You just make it sound like now that Scott got involved the world is right again. Yes Scott got involved and he did attempt to help and take this on when I am sure he has enough of his own work related stuff to look after, BUT he could only relay the same things I had already heard from the person I was dealing with. No more No less and I do appreciate it, he has gone above and beyond. BM

Disappointed in Realtree Buckee to follow up with your edited post, I ship to and receive from the US DAILY, not only with the 2 business I own but from various websites for personal stuff as well and am well aware of the delays that sometimes happen. I in no way blamed Scott at all, I have emailed him several times and thanked him for even getting involved when he had nothing to do with it. What ticks me off is the way this was handled from the start and when it "REALLY" did leave the RT warehouse. It is very easy to track a shipment from the US, EVERY PARCEL coming into Canada gets a CP customs number with that number you can go to the USPS website and see if the parcel even made it into Canada right down to the Day and Time. Funny to this day after being promised a tracking number I have not even been provided with it or that CP number. Do we really wonder why ? I think we both know why, dont you ? BM

Re: REALLY ! Disappointed in Realtree Buckee it has NOTHING to do with slow mail, this stuff was bought and paid for in FEB we are now middle of June, thats what the issue is. As far as I am concerned the excuses I have received up until the date it was mailed are bull, come on, we are out of shirts, then the shirts are in, then its going out, then its right here on my desk when it was suppose to be gone, then yes its gone I will get you a tracking number, DAYS later still no tracking number. To this day I still dont have a tracking number, when and IF the package arrives we will see the date it was sent compared to what I was told I am willing to bet the farm they are WAY different once again. I am in NO way concerned with how long this has taken when it actually left RT to get to me, what is a shame are the little white lies that have taken place during that time. Would you pay for a new car in full in Feb and still not be driving it in June ?? Or pay for a gun at a dealer and still not have it in your hand 4 MONTHS later ?? I doubt it !

Re: REALLY ! Disappointed in Realtree Well, first let me say thanks to Scott as he did get involved but could only really relay dates giving to him by the same people I was dealing with. I was told the missing items would be here last Friday LATEST Monday. Well we are now Tuesday and no sign of them at all. I think I have been more than fair waiting 4 months for items I paid for right away. Unless RT is willing to refund the ENTIRE order, that will be it for me and RT product BM

Then I am told the proper product will be reshipped FINE again no problem but to go weeks and not even tell the client product is back ordered ? A quick email or phone call ?? Then to go longer and more or less lie for a lack of a better term about when it has gone out or if it did at all ? Don't get me wrong I know things happen I own two large business and we make mistakes, BUT what stops my clients going to the competition for their purchase is the speed and accuracy and COMMUNICATION with them in fixing the problem. I did not come to the site to get Scott involved Buckee can tell you until he PM'd me I did not even know who he was. Just wanted some feedback as to whether it was time to get other people involved or not ? I told Buckee and Scott in private the name of the person I have been dealing with but did not want to post his name in the open forum what if this is just the icing on the cake and he gets fired for a list of stuff, granted if I was RT I would want to know I have a bad apple also but... Anyway that being said Scott has my phone number now and can call me tomorrow after he has more details and we will go from the their. Just hate to think I was getting ripped by a company I am very proud to wear and put on everything I own is all BM
