  2. Now forgive me if I am reading wrong into this, but it reads like you simply tithed in order to get an answered prayer ??? Might explain the unfavorable results........if there is any question in your faith, you need to get that straightened out first, and the blessings will follow........tithe to help further God's kingdom, not expecting a return........put God first in all things, and then put faith in your prayers........be obedient and follow your convictions.........the rest will start to fall into place.......
  3. They've been on arrows, but never shot........so yes, i would say they are new.......
  4. Sorry to hear that Al......hope she heals up quick, and you find a way to send them to the nether-regions... As far as how does one bee, wasp or yellowjacket find their targets ?? Once one stings a victim, they leave a scent behind that the others can home right in on............I used to work for a bee-keeper/honey producer, and one of his yards contained African honey bees......meanest suckers I've ever seen. One afternoon they got after me, and all a guy could do was run.......I got stung so many times I lost count, but it was well over 100 times just at the one yard......... It is true that you do build up an immunity to the venom, but I guess that after a while it can start working against you....thankfully i got out of that type of work before I found out......
  5. Well Al.......from the end of the insert to the nock groove, they are 26-7/8 inches Here is a pic....... If thesw won't work for you, I may have 4 or 5 lightly used camo hunters, that don't have wraps and I think they are around 28.5-29 ???
  6. ND....the Velvet has been slipping off on severla bucks for the past 2 weeks.....
  7. D-man, they are down at the archery range so I'll check for you later this morning........I hope they're long enough for those pipes of yours......

  10. TTT...........$70.00 shipped to your door ???????
  11. Here's another pic with the two bucks together, and a close-up to boot..............yes that smaller buck is nearly out of velvet. This is one of the pics that lent me to believe that is was a broadhead wound......and from a treestand perspective, this buck could have been shot quartering away, the left side (shown) being the entry, and the lower slightly forward on the right side, the pass through exit...... But then again, it could just be to totally different scars that just happens to lead one to think what may have happened......
  12. Pass..... Pass..... ..... ..... ..... HAMMERTIME !!!!!!!
  13. No.....not quite what I am looking for......he's got great potential, but just hasn't reached it yet. There's much bigger deer in this area......
  14. It is the Nightclub Owners.........he most have lot's of coin floating around, check out his other rides that Kevin Lavallee painted for him (and others) in the link I provided in my previous post..........awesome is all I can say !!!!
  15. I got several picks of this young 8-point, with what appears to be a healed over archery shot......a poor one at that. In one pic you can definitely see what looks like a scar with lines as if from a broadehad entry....
  16. A guy posted to my thread over at HuntTalk, and said this rig was painted by Mike Lavallee........you have probably seen some of his work on several TV shows, like Monster Garage, etc....... Here is a link to his website......both this truck and boat are featured in the gallery, along with tons of other phenominal paint jobs........ http://www.killerpaint.com/gallery.html
  17. Actually i did a google search, and it looks like "The Rock" is a nightclub or something right off of Pugit SOund...
  18. Ya......not normally the kinda thing you see cruising down the interstate in ND, LOL
  19. I took these pics a few weeks ago, and completely forgot to post them.......it's probably the coolest thing I've seen while driving down the interstate......I can't even fathom what the entire set-up is worth ?!?!?!?! Here was the initial pic, as I noticed it rapidly approaching in my rear view.......... Here is the next pic.....I had to haul butt ahead to the next off ramp so I could get a nice side shot.......didn't realize how tough it would be to get a pic of a moving target, even in sports mode, LOL And here is the parting shot.......I don't know if we have anybody from the upper west coast on here, but was wondering if anybody recognizes the rig and or the name ????? The Rock------------Tacoma, Wa
  20. Hi everyone........just wondering if I could get a shout out, for a job that has come up that my family really needs........great pay, great benifits, closer to home and striaght days with weekends off, with a very stable and well established power company.... I interview for the position in about an hour and half.........keep me and my family in your prayers that God blesses us with this opporunity. Clay
  21. Could you list the targets you have, so a guy could go on their website and see which ones they are ??
  22. Here in ND, I have gotten some picks of some smaller bucks loosing their velvet in the last week..........by mid September, they should all be slicked off...
  23. Yep....I've been a devout Muzzy shooter (especially the 4-blades) since they came out........if they do not group with your field points, it is most likely a bow-tune problem, but could also be a mis-aligned insert problem........seeing as it is more than one arrow though, i would lean to a tuning problem......most likely a left-right arrow rest problem, that would be easily identified with a paper-tune test.....
  24. That has to be one of the coolest trail cam pics I've ever seen.......it deserves it's own title........I like Buckee's "Casper"...
