That deal was SSSSOOOOO good that I had to order the 3-9x today Now I wil have two nikon scopes. The 3-9x will go on my M70 300 win mag. The 2-7x on my 375HH mag.

Not sure what the letters stand for, but as for a scope.....I have a Nikon prostaff 2-7x on my 336 CS in 35 Remington. It works well, is small & compact.

That ending was the WORST!!!! A TOTAL lack of creativity. Nothing like leaving open ends.....and setting the scene with AJ & uncle JR. For what???? That was the LAST OF THEHBO SERIES!!!! The writers should be fired. If it come to a movie....I will not waste my money. I feel betrayed after following the show all these years to be let down with a lame non-ending like that.

Just got the PM from Bob. Not a problem on my end. And yes.....I do have to pick up my whelen from Gary Stiles. He just finished it off 100% about a week ago. An excuse for another "gathering" ??? Anyway it would be good to see everyone again. Fire Mountain?

They are saying now that it was a Chinese National who was on a student visa that did the shooting. They (CNN & FOX) also said that it is unclear at this time if he was actually a student or not. The fact that the doors were chained shut indicates that it was thought out in advance....he came prepared. It is also speculated that the bomb threats last week were done as probes to see what the security response would be. 32 Dead.....15+ wounded.....Horrifying to say the least. But does anyone besides myself find it odd to have that many killed? How many clips would he have to have carried? It is said that the shooter used a 9mm & 22 cal pistols. Was this really a crime of passion? Or was it a terrorist act? I would say that it would be hard for an emotionally distraut person to follow through with the resolve necessary to actually KILL that many people. I bet as time goes on we will find that there is much more to this story.

Good luck out there! I may be ut with my daughter next weekend for our JR hunting season IF she wants to go. JR hunters can start a week before everyone else here in PA. A great plan IMHO.

I have lost more than 1600 posts! Not happy about it at all.

In the recent change my post count total took about a 1600 post whack! What happened? Why is this? can it be corrected?

Thanks for the help! At least the avitar is working now Now....................if I can get my post count & birthday corrected I may actually like this change , but for now it is just aggrivating.

I am missing about 1600 posts +++. My birthday is also wrong. My avitar is WAAAYYYYYY BIGGGGGG! Any chance of getting this corrected??????

Re: Remington Being Bought Like S&W a few years back...when they began to CAVE to the clinton whitehouse & gun control while being owned by a British company I believe. Scary thoughts actually....Winchester can't make it with what many called "the riflemans rifle" The one by which all others are judged. And now Remington is under new ownership. Time will tell what happens at Remington. At least Ruger & Savage are doing well.

Re: TURKEY TEAM #13 Way to go Galimbhanger!!!!! Looks like a nice one! Be sure to get the pictuers showing each spur next to a tape, the beard next to a tape & get him weighed!!!! That way we can get the score calculated. I hope I can find one that nice
