    That's a good one, congrats!
  13. Nice buck HM, congrats! I looked all day Wednesday, all day Friday, and spent 5 hours yesterday looking for the buck I hit, with no luck. Found a few drops of blood Friday about 500 yards from where I shot him, and that was it. Sucks for sure, but I've put it behind me. Going to go back out tomorrow afternoon, and try again.

    Been a while...

Good to hear from you Randy. Hate to hear about your marital situation, hope it all works out soon for you. I hit one too far back Tuesday afternoon at 4:30pm, left my stand at 5:30pm and went home. Got back out there Wednesday morning at 7:30am, hoping to find him bedded somewhere close and dead, to no avail. I found my arrow, covered in blood and poop, but not an ounce of blood on the ground. Walked for almost 9 hours looking for him with nothing to show for it. Working today, but I'm heading back out tomorrow to continue the search...
  16. I blew it yesterday afternoon on a nice buck, grunted him in to about 35 yards and put one thru his gut. I shot at 4:30pm, and backed out quietly at 5:30. I went out this morning to hopefully recover him and found nothing...only my blood covered arrow. No blood on the ground, nothing. Walked up and down the creek bed a few times, went thru more multi flora rose thickets today than I have in a week of gun hunting. I have to work tomorrow, but will be back out Friday to look dome more. Feeling pretty low right now...
  17. Nice buck Randy, congrats!
  18. I gave up on the Rages a few years back. Tried the Montec for a year or so, then found the VPA vented 3 blades, these are almost indestructible...I don't see a change in broadheads in my future anytime soon.
  19. Great buck Dale, good to hear from you again!
