[image][/image] All bow season there has been a flock of turkeys feeding in our corn field .Well now that I got my buck with a bow last weekend, I decided to hunt turkeys this weekend.I sat in the hedgerow along the corn field and could hear the turkeys coming off the roost at daylight.About an hr later I heard them coming in the leaves and they crossed the hedgerow almost where I was sitting!The hen looked at me and putted and I didn't dare move.They finally went out in the cornfield and I slowly raised my gun.I decided not to shoot the mother hen being that she is the leader of the group and looks out for her young.So I picked out one the young ones and fired.It sure will be some good eating.
