  1. Re: Dang POTHEADS!! Eagle, you've been a member here for more than two years and this is the thread you chose to make the majority of your posts? I think you'd be better off checking out the High Times forums.
  2. Re: First Woman to take a Polar Bear with a Bow. Michelle is awesome. I had not heard about her polar bear, but it's quite the accomplishment. Congrats to her!
  3. Re: First Wolf Picture... For the same reasons they would collar an adult.
  4. Re: First Wolf Picture... They aren't born weighing 150#'s.
  5. Not the greatest of pictures, but a wolf nonetheless. I might have thought small coyote before, but the DNR doesn't collar coyotes. High Res Picture

  13. Re: Homemade elevated tower blinds... whos got pic Here is a ground blind that I put out at the beginning of August. Five yards: Twenty yards: One Hundred Yards:
  14. Re: High Rack, No Brows & Fawns Joey, those are some really nice looking pictures. They're getting better all the time. If you really want to have some fun with it, try setting up the camera so that you can get some possible sunrise/sunset shots. Pay attention to where you lighting is coming from and position your cam accordingly. Keep up the good work, and thanks for sharing.
  15. Re: OMEGA ...Right out of the box Why did you draw a booob to shoot at?
  16. I always TIVO Roadtrips at my old man's house and make it a point to get there a few times a week to watch hunting shows with him. I have got to tell ya man, I watched you drop a bomb on that bruiser of a buck last week 08-14 and I had tears in my eyes after you turned to the camera and in all seriousness replied "Now that's the judo chop". Keep up the good work. I'd love to see our paths cross some day in the future.
  17. Re: Homemade elevated tower blinds... whos got pic You could build one now, but I wouldn't suggest throwing it out into the middle of a field. Build it into the surrounding cover. I've since built a new ground blind, I should go take some pictures of that one for you guys. 4x4x6 made out of 3/4" plywood. It should work pretty slick.
  18. Re: Homemade elevated tower blinds... whos got pic It now has a stove heater, with exhaust vent. Two recliners, one of which is leather, the other is jsut like a lazy boy, shelves for storing binoculars, bullets, etc. My sister shot her first buck out of that stand last year with my dad and my grandpa both at her side. I used to have a portable located about 40' up the whitepine you see coming into the picture on the left. I've since moved due to lack of seniority. lol
  19. Re: Homemade elevated tower blinds... whos got pic I should get some pictures from the inside for you guys to check out. This stand was built as a gift for my grandpa, so he can hunt as long as he lives. 12' off the ground, built atop a 30' hill overlooking two food plots. Comes complete with cedar siding, shingled roof and marvin windows.

  22. Couple recent pics: Check out the color of this big guy. Looks like he's got a real light tan color, should be easy to spot coming through the woods. My favorite picture out of the group. "Times are changing" And this big eight also came out to play:
  23. Re: July Bucks: I don't want to lead you guys on, the pic is a shop of some of the bucks I got over the month of July in that same spot.
  24. Re: Big Buck... Trail Camera..Did ya Get him Last year We nailed three bucks last year that we had trail cam pics of. My sister's first buck. The trail cam pic came from a 35mm, and I never took the time to scan it. We should have had a fourth before/after buck last year as well, but unfortunately my brother missed this shot. (Would have been his first bow kill at age 28) Here are three more from 2004 once again, have a 35mm picture, but never scanned it: And my dad's best buck to date: Sorry for the long post.
