Well today I feel like a car ran me over, I am so physically tired and sore from last night. Got to the gym at about 7:45pm and ran 1.5 miles in about 14 minutes then I had the basketball game. We played 4 on 4 as that is the number of players that should up for my team, the other team had like 10 people. It was fun even though we lost 57-20. I had 8 points though, but alot of baskets should have gone in, I was tire though, lol. The good news is I haven't gotten injured but I need to get new shoes because the ones I have right now are worn out and making my feet sore. Thought I'd let you all know how it went

Re: In 30 minutes... If I keep the game tonight in my mind, maybe I'll be ok,lol! But then I might say something like "Nice shot!" or "Did you see her foul me?" or "Come on ladies!" lol! See, I'm nervous!
-
No, I did not hurt myself, yet anyway, but I might tonight, lol (I hope not) My team has an intramural basketball game against a team that is comprised of the women's varist soccer team and they are good! The bad thing is only 4 people total on my team including me can play so we may have to play 4 on 4 if they let us. That means the other team will have subs and we won't so we are going to be worn out, not too mention those soccer players can be rough. Oh well, last week we practiced with these other girls of another team because they didn't have enough players, and this big girl kept elbowing and shoving me so finally I had enough and when she went to shoot, I layed the smack right down on her!! Of course in a game it would have been a foul because I hit her arms but hey, the ball came out and I was mad, lol!!

or so I have to speak in front of my outdoor leadership training class, aahhh! We have to take turns giving devotions and today is my turn! I have it written down but I'm still freaking nervous! I always have trouble trying to put what I want to say into words, even if I do have it written down. Anyone have any last minute tips?

Well I may have an opportunity in the spring to spend 3 weeks in the Adirondacks. About 2 weeks will be spent in wilderness first aid courses and the third week is a wilderness living course. According to the professor, this will start around June 1 at Star Lake which is where my college has it's adirondack programs stuff. It definitely sounds like something I want to do although I've never been away from home for 3 weeks, lol. Anyway I thought you all might want to know, especially those sho live in the Adirondacks, that ol' Turkeygirl could be in the area, lol. Hey it would be neat to meet up with some of you guys.

Re: Here\'s Some Big Ones! Nice but I don't think they are real. The first 3 pictures, the color seems really weird on the first one and in the second two, it seems really dark around the brow tines...Maybe I'm wrong but that is how it looks to me

Re: Canker Sores!!!!! There is something I know, called Canka or something like that which when you put it on, it covers it and it won't hurt so much because it is protected.

What type of planted fields do you find the most?
Turkeygirl replied to SaskBucks's topic in Shed Hunting
Re: What type of planted fields do you find the most? I have found 4 sheds in chopped corn fields(a matched set and then 2 different sides) and 1 in a clover/alfalfa field. Mainly I find mine in the woods or the corn fields where the deer go in the winter. -
