Re: deer feeders I think baiting is very unethical--like shooting cows in a pasture! OH, BTW--here is a pic off my hunting spot I love the Kenco Tornado feeder. They are directional feeder and have 3 seperate motors. The use two 6 volt batteries which will last about 8 months. I am not familiar with the brand of feeder that you mentioned. todd

Re: yet another miss you might also think about putting a whisker biscuit rest on your bow. I don't shoot one but they totally surround your arrow to prevent it from falling off. People who shoot them love them. todd

Re: yet another miss have you been practicing? I have found practicing on a 3-D target really helps. Maybe find a 3-D range and do some shooting. hope your luck changes but better to miss completely then make a bad hit! todd

Re: your profession? And help w/ a college kid john---if you want to be a writer then follow your dreams. I would strongly advise to have a back up plan. A lot of the writers are free lancers. You can always have another career and write on the side then if that opens up follow it. good luck todd

Re: question????? just prior to loading for the hunt run a couple dry patches through it remove any oil/moisture. then pop a cap. I actually like to put a patch just inside the barrel with I pop a cap just to make sure everything is working fine. the cap will blow out the patch. the i load the gun and go hunting! good luck todd

Re: cleaning off glue from carbon arrows i scrape mine off as best i can then i use a small amount of acetone to get the rest of the glue off. i have heard of people saying not to use acetone but i have been doing it for year and have never had a problem. todd
