  1. Re: Scott Peterson He's not guilty.. all the evidence is circumstancial. I have followed this just to see what would happen and I don't see how we is guilty. They have nothing solid.
  2. Re: WHOO HOO!!! Thank ya! You gotta pull for us... The north rules !!
  3. Re: Remington 7400 semi-auto synthetic 30/06 My uncles older 7400 jamed constantly. Be shure to buy a new 7400 not and older one. But yeah... I would also go with the BAR if you had the chance... or.. the ulimate semi Auto the SKS in 7.62x39. This gun will not jam... AK47 style action and legendary reiability in all tematures and weather... we never clean it and it always works no matter the temp. Its not super accurate but will do the job for deer to 100 yards.

  9. Re: 7 Rem Mag Question alright, I was talking abuot recoil not accuracy, resighting is a given. I know that some scopes handle it better than others. I think i misunderstood what he was trying to say.
  10. Re: 7 Rem Mag Question Alot of tdhat roumor depends on how expensive your scope is. My uncle had a cheap-o csope on his 7mm after a few shot the scope would move no matter what. I thin khe put a Zeiz or sumthin like that on there and hasn't had any problems.
  11. Re: ATV\'s We Have a Sportsman 500 H.O and 700. Both run like dreams, we have them go to the shop just for a checkup and matinence every year but we have never had any problems with either. And both ride like cadilacs. I wouldn't hesitate to buta Yamaha either, but polaris I would say is the wat to go right now.
  12. Re: Needs Some Info. Thanks much! I can use a modified choke right?
  13. Re: Winchester Rifle My dad and I love model 70's. We have a classic in 270 and a Super Shadow in 300 WSM. NEver grouped for accuracy but With my 300 WSM i can get the holes to touch at a hundred yards sometimes. I bet it groups on average at 1.5 inches but thats close enough!
  14. Well I had this great idea just last night while cleaning my guns. Well I came to my ol' 870 20 ga youth express. I use it very little now and as a Run and gun turkey gun. Well I got this Idea to try some slugs through it. Its really light and short. Prolly would be a dream to use in a drive. I have pleanty of other choices like my 30/30 and SKS. But I'm just itchin to try sumthin new. So i picked up some Winchester Super X 2 3/4 20 ga shells with a 3/4oz. slug. I have a modified choke but no IC. First am i set to hunt with a modified or do I need an IC. Second Could some one help me find some balistic charts.. i looked and cant find anything. I want there to be at least 900 ft.lbs of energy at 50 yards. Any help would be much appreciated.
  15. Re: winchester super x2 I should Rephrase and say goose hunting. Gas autos take much more oomph out of my 3.5 magnums. I do take my SBE goose hunting, but I like that one for ducks, and upland birds. Thats where it being so light really pays off.
  16. Re: Mossberg 270? well I guess i have now heard of a Mossberg Rifle lol
  17. Re: Mossberg 270? Mossberg makes rifles... hmm never ehard of that one
  18. Re: Badgers looked tough I don't think so either.. but then again they can decare themselves national champions like USC did
  19. Re: winchester super x2 I love mine! Never jams, fast... deadens blow with 3.5's. Easy to clean. feels great... shoots great... yep.. Shes a great gun. May not be the best but I take it over the Remi and Black eagle every time i go hunting.
