  1. For 15 years I hunted near Buffalo, Tx. It is on the edge of the piney woods of Texas. Last year I hunted in Menard, Tx. It is just west of the Hill Country. Last year, my brother-in-law and I were checking stands and looking around before the season. He motions me to be quiet and you could not hear anything except the breeze. No cars. No voices. We listened to absolutely nothing for about 2 minutes. I hope to hunt pronghorn in the flatland of the panhandle soon. Name the terrain, we have it. I love Texas!
  2. I know I have not been here in a while, but please don't forget about applying to Hunters Helping Hunters if there are any medical bills needing to be paid - that way most of the money donated on here can go to pay for daily living expenses.
  3. Welcome to Texas! I'm bored too.
  4. There was a tornado about 125 miles west of Dallas in Breckenridge, TX yesterday. About 5 homes were destroyed but I did not hear of any major injuries. We had some major storms hit us late last night.
  5. Dang, I missed it again. Happy Birthday, Steve. How was the party? Did you get the package of Depends in Realtree APG I sent you?
  6. Oh, I dunno. Joe Montana, Roger Staubach, Troy Aikman, Phil Simms, Fran Tarkington, Johnny Unitas, John Elway, Terry Bradshaw, Dan Marino, etc, etc... The rest of us has been so lucky too. Yep, man love.
  7. so what are you implying, John?
  8. Happy Birthday!! I hope it was a one!
  9. I have recorded in a studio and, no, they cannot make someone who cannot sing well sound good. If you can't hit a note, nothing they can do to change that. First, you have to be a good singer, then they can make you sound better. There is too much competion in the music industry to spend time money and resources on someone that does not have talent. You may not like his talent, but the dude can sing. You don't get to where he is at and have staying power by starting out in a studio with your voice modified.
  10. I agree. It sounds like everyone is getting tired of hearing about Brittney so the writer is looking for something to start. If you look hard enough....
  11. Yes, that's it! I was looking at one of your posts the other night and thinking you resembled some one well known but I could not place it. Some have said I resemble the bass singer for the Oak Ridge Boys.
  12. Happy Birthday!!! Hope it was a good one:)

  15. Thank you! It was a great day... well, with the exception of those 8 hours I spent at work other than that, it was gud.
  16. As I grew up in Dallas, my favorite is the original Hail Mary pass from Roger Staubach to Drew Person.
  17. GO PATRIOTS!!!!!! I am tired of hearing about the cheating issue.
  18. All of a sudden, I am a PATRIOTS fan.
  19. Oh, I don't kno w about that. I remamber a certain underdog DENVER BRONCOS weren't supposed to win a certain SB either. Doesn't matter, Farve can watch Brady lifting THE trophy over his head from the locker room.
  20. On second thought, who gives a snot. The Pats are going to be there to spank who ever gets to the SB.
  21. With all the smack talk on here....GO GIANTS!!!!!
  22. Enjoy it while you can. He has PLENTY of time to prove himself over the next few years. BTW, Romo wasn't only one on the field for Dallas. The defense has got to take care of business too. Funny, everyone LOVES to beat Dallas. Wonder why that is? Congrats, NYG !!
