I have been using my Galco Matrix OWB recently but that's just because my pants seem to be getting tighter. In terms of a laser, Crimson Trace has finally released a version for the XD. The Clydesdale one was probably the best serious commercial and the Firebreather was the best funny one...however...the Doritos mouse came in a close second IMO.

Deb - That sorta stinks! I ended up with a button buck (which I lost the picture of) and missing a cool little 4 pointer.

As some of you know, my wife and I were heavily involved in the choir and the music ministry at our church for many years. We took a "leave of absence" after about 3 years serving under the new music pastor as we didn't agree with the way he treated people or the direction he was heading. Well, God moved him out which was really the best thing for him and our church. Our senior pastor has hired a new music pastor who is scheduled to arrive in early February. We are very excited about this and plan to rejoin the choir. In addition, a couple of guys from the choir have started forming a praise band which my wife and I plan to be a part of (me on guitar and vocals and my wife on vocals). I have attended 2 practices so far and things are coming along very nicely. God has already brought us a drummer and another vocalist. PTL! The goal is to visit other local churches and, I just found out last night, they are planning to have us cut a CD in the June timeframe. Pretty wild, huh? Keep us in your prayers!

I would actually like to hear what folks have to say about Hornady TAP as well. I have seen it advertised and talked about on various shooting programs quite a bit. Also, in terms of practice ammo, I just go with the Winchester Whitebox. Wally World always has great prices on boxes of 100 rounds.

I load with Federal Hydra-Shok for personal defense. In terms of a good IWB concealed carry holster, I use the Supertuck from Crossbreed Holsters. I also use the Galco M5X Matrix for OWB carrying.

My daily ccw is the XD subcompact in 40.

I started sequencing songs last Christmas but really focused on it hard in the summer. I was designing and building decorations late summer. Then I start decorating off and on the first weekend in November and was finished Thanksgiving weekend. I haven't actually totaled up the hours but maybe I will next year.
