Well with Michigans win over Northwestern on saturday and Wisconsins loss to Michigan State...Michigan is assured at least a share of the Big Ten title that makes 2 years in a row...with a win against Ohio State on saturday Michigan gets the title outright and a trip to the Rose Bowl...WOO HOO!!! GOBLUE!!

Re: Beer Camp or Deer Camp? i have one of each...this weekend i am going up for DEER camp to michigans upper penninsula...leaving friday and coming back wednesday...then thanksgiving weekend a couple cousins and myself meet at my aunt and uncles house who live out in the middle of no where for BEER camp usually throw back a few each night wake up around 8 or 9 and eat a huge breakfast that my aunt starts making at around 6...then get everything planned and head out around 12is...we usually have enough people to where we just do a deer drive...last year my cousins husband took a spike and i passed up a shot at a small doe (was running across a field didn't have a good shot)

...was probably the worst day of my life!...woke up around 6am and felt sick...and went to the bathroom and..well you know...then went back to sleep and around 8:30 woke up and thought i was well enough to go buy a scope and do some shopping with my dad so we could get stuff to take up north. well i got thruough buying the scope but as soon as we got to the grocery store i felt very sick AGAIN...made it home...puked again then fell asleep til around 3...stayed up for about a half hour...went and puked AGAIN!...then went back to bed til around 5...felt a little bit better by then so i drank a glass of orange juice...then drink the juice out of some chicken noodle soup...and drank about a half a pepsi....woke up today around 7..FELT LIKE A CHAMP!! must have been a 24 hour thing...finally had some solid food...only thing is that my chest is sore from vomiting

i just bought an encore and am shooting 300 grain shockwaves...i noticed they are a bit tough to load....pretty much took all i had to seat them properly....are all projectiles like this?i ran a spit patch in between shots...but it still seemed pretty tough..i am goin to get a handle to put on the end of the ramrod...hope this helps

Well after a couple years of wanting one...i FINALLy got me a Thompson Center Encore!!..i got it in camo with stainless barrell.....man its a sweet gun..took it to the range and sighted it in using the open sights..haven't bought a scope yet....was dead on at 50 yards using 300gr. t/c shockwaves with 100 grains triple 7 pellets

WOO HOO...it starts next monday...ca't wait...we are leaving friday for the U.P. (upper penninsula) at around 5 am and coming back wednesday night...gunna get a few days of bow hunting in before i try and put the smack down with my new encore muzzleloader. good luck to all you michiganders who will be gun hunting!
