This is my 1000th post...i a mhalf way to becoming a moron its been fun so far...lots of great people in here...since i joined this forum the only place i seek advice for anything that has to do with hunting is here. this is the first place i visit in the morning and the last place i visit at night.

Re: BIG TEN CHAMPS AGAIN!! i was just thinkin....this year was probly the weirdest year...i am a huge michigan fan....but 2 weeks ago i found myself rooting for michigan state...this last weekend i was rooting for iowa....and when ohio state was playing michigan state and i started rooting for the buckeyes!!! ihad to stop myself and change the channel because it felt weird

Re: Basketball Brawl i agree buckbuster....some of the blame should be put on the fans....but those d*&m ESPN announcers seem to be putting it all on the fans. Ron artest is the one who threw the first punch...and to top it off...he went after THE WRONG GUY! and then he thrw the first punch at another fan....don't think he is going to be playing basketball anymore...at least not in the NBA. he is going to get some hefty fines and there will be a couple lawsuits coming his way. and jermaine o'neal will have at least one lawsuit coming after he came from out of no where and sucker punched a guy...who i believe was the one who was taken to the hospital. its definetly a shame...for the metro detroit area as well as the NBA

Re: 17 Pointer Down ( pics ) WOW...Congrats on a great deer...see...you did the right thing and passed up a shot during bow season because of to much brush...and you were rewarded later on with a shot with your Muzzleloader...that is a great story...congrats again!!!

Re: what expandable do you use??? i just switched from muzzys to grimm reaper expandables. i have personally never shot a deer with them yet but my cousin took 2 of them with em , one at 8 yards and the other at 9 and had pass throughs.

Re: Power Muffs haven't used those ones yet...i have used the Peltors..those things are sweet...amplify the sound but when you shoot your gun it muffles it down so it doesn't hurt your ears and then goes back to the amplifying. they are great for gun hunting but wouldn't recommend them (the ear muff style) for bow hunting...my cousin has a pair and drew back on a deer and found out they got in the way at full draw

Re: BIG TEN CHAMPS AGAIN!! how do you figure it is the toughest in the country?? because oklahoma is in it?? who else is there? texas? look at the north...the best team there is freakin iowa state and the have what 3 or 4 losses? best conference..RIGHT!! if it weren't for oklahoma the the big 12 would be right up there with the MAC
