  1. Re: Should men have to pay? [ QUOTE ] If you play, you pay. [/ QUOTE ] Good point, but how about this, I know of a case here in Phx where a girl did the title work for a well know celeb. here in the valley, after the job was done she walked over to my roomate and told her that she was going to fry this guy. She took him out for drinks then took him back to her apartment. After the act was done and a couple of weeks had gone by she went for the coup-de-grace, on speaker phone she called the guy and told him she was pregnet (she wasnt) and needed 80,000 grand for the abortion and to keep hush about it. Week later she took a three weeks off for a little vacation to mexico. I think u should be willing to fess up for your deeds, but too many women see a pregnacy as $$$$ anymore.
  2. Re: Dog Doc [ QUOTE ] It could be a burn, but normally with burns on snakes the scales eventually peel off in the area causing a raw open wound. Before the scales peel off they appear just discolored and very hard and stiff. [/ QUOTE ] That may be it then the scales look dry and stiff almost like they are just about to peel off, the spot isnt more than an inch across. I dont think the rat had any time to get a bite in, but once he does his death curl its tough to really see whats going on in there until he goes to swallow him. Ill try and post a picture of it when i get home. Eric...Im just going to ignore that comment, been sticking it to any steel?

    Dog Doc

Ur the only vet I know of on here so I have a quick question, but it may not really be your field, I have a 6 foot red tailed boa he has been in real good healthy shape but the other day i noticed that he has a round pale spot about halfway down his body. He has great color everywhere else but this one spot is getting more and more off colored by the day. The spot is grey and first showed about two days after his last feeding ( a medium sized live rat) He likes to climb up around the heat lamp alot and was wondering if this could just be a burn? I also had him sex probed a few weeks ago (male) the guy said he looked healthy to him but was wondering if the probe could have been the problem? I hope its nothing big he is a great snake and has never had an aggresive bone in his body, has no problem being handled by anyone i have over here and pretty much has free roam of the house during partys
  4. Re: Honda Ridgeline [ QUOTE ] No kidding, I know you are done for now with American made, but you'll be back. I think you'll enjoy the Honda, but you will miss the v-8 power. Good Luck [/ QUOTE ] When it comes to workman ship Honda has the americans beat without a doubt, We just went through this look around. Bought a Yota Tundra instead of the Ridgeline, Im hate the bed effects on the Av, and didnt like them on the Ridgeline either.
  5. Re: Brokeback Mountain.....LOST!!! [ QUOTE ] I was almost SHOCKED that Brokeback Mountain didn't sweep the awards. You woulda figured that Hollywood would have had it's way with that one. But it only got the "best adapted screenplay" award. LMBO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was really glad that Reese Witherspoon got best actress for her portrayal of June Cash in Walk the Line. Too bad Joaquin Phoenix didn't get best actor. Crash got best movie. That was a good one, not the best, but at least Brokeback didn't get it. [/ QUOTE ] I got suckered into watching brokeback with tthe girlfriend, it sucked (no pun intended) Gives the awards a little more credibility with me. The last few years the acadamy was getting pretty political, thats sad to me I love the theater, it should be about great stories and imagination, not fat stuffy men.
  6. Re: A wonderful sound this morning hhhmmm...........82 here today. Whats a thaw again?

  8. Re: Profalactics in schools [ QUOTE ] Here's a slightly different take on the subject and I suspect several folks will disagree with me (so what else is new? ). I want the schools teaching my kids how to read, write, do mathematics, understand geography and history, and that sort of thing. Leave the social and moral teachings like sex ed to me. [/ QUOTE ] abstinence is great, thats what i was taught in school. I think every kid should go through that. You realize what chances you are takeing. Its up to the parents to teach about condoms, sponges, and spermicide. Its up to the parents to figure out what they should know. I had abstinence in high school, but my parents where firm about what to use and when.....just in case I decided to run off. Remember sex is everywhere today. You should teach them how to be safe or be ready to see them with child. Sex is everywhere, if you think your son/daughter isnt a part of it the only person your fooling is yourself.
  9. Re: I have been given the OK.. [ QUOTE ] I'd highly recommend a Benelli. I got my Montefeltro for $780. [/ QUOTE ] Have to agree. I shot this same gun in the 12 for many seasons. I was young but it was like a feather on 9 hour days pheasent hunting . If i hadnt been strapped for cash in my college days it would still be my go-to-gun
  10. Re: Ithaca Barrels? My Father shoots a model 37 16 gauge everyday In the uplands and that gun dont miss. While the gun shoots lights-out with normal ammo it shoots slugs like a poor discus thrower. Id get the fully rifled barrel for it. A HUGE improvement.
  11. Re: Vent Rib..........WHY!!!! ? I think ribs are nice. As I bring up the gun it lets me know my hands and body are lined up right, plus the bead sticks out like a sore thumb on a non-vent rib barrel, and that pulls you away from the task at hand,Proper, mount, swing, and follow threw
  12. Re: Sport or Non-sport Archery and the Shotgun sports arnt much differant, when it comes to "sport" a guy could climb out of his laz-y-boy and be good at all three of them.

[/ QUOTE ] [/ QUOTE ] Glad to see a MOD making fun of a fellow member..... [/ QUOTE ] Yep. But it's obvious which ways he hangs. 25. Re: Bush Beer and RT?? [ QUOTE ] I know where your going. Hunter packs does kinda sound bad. i have never seen them, but like Bush so I would buy them. Hopfully no one drinks the stuff while hunting though.... [/ QUOTE ] Same reason I bought one. I love bush or BL Smoothie as we call them and have been known to put one or 12 away AFTER the hunt when we get together for butchering. I have no p[roblem with them but like chris said im from granville and i can tell ya what 90% of the people around here say when they see that sort of thing.
