Not looking too good for the Cardinals in Game 4. Looks like a trip back to New York is in the future. As I am typing, it just keeps getting worse. The bullpen really fell apart tonight for them, only allowing 1 earned in the postseason up until this game. Hopefully they can pull it off. Kinda figured this would happen tonight with Reyes starting.

Re: Slugs for rifle barrels???? I just tried Lightfield lights 1 1/4 oz. sabot slugs out of my 870, rifled barrel, and found them to group very consistant. Those will be the ones I will be using this year. May want to give them a try. Wade

Re: a decent startup gun Muggs, Reward has one for sale in the classified sectioin, 45 cal. Knight disc elite for 100.00. Seems like a heck of deal for that gun, and to me, a 45 cal is not that much different than a 50 cal if you are going to only use it a couple of times a year. Might want to take a look at it.

Re: STL CARDINAL WIN!!!!!!!!!!!! That was a heck of a win for the underdog, so they are called on ESPN. The pitching looked good again minus the little hiccup Carp had in the 1st. This was great. Even though the Mets don't have the starting pitching they did with Pedro out, they still looked good against the Dodgers. Should be an interesting matchup. Hopefully we come out ahead. Would be neat to see the Cards and Tigers in the playoffs together, since Leyland was a scout for the Cards the past couple years. GO CARDS!!!!!!!

For the second straight game, those Tigers looked tough and really didn't even have to bring the gas out of the bullpen. Rogers looked exceptional tonight, kept everything low and had the Yanks out of sinc. One more win for the Tigers, not really a favorite team, just have to root for them when they play the Yankees.

Re: FYI-Long but It Might Save Someone\'s LIFE! We had two deaths caused by dusting in the community I work in. I personally handled one of the calls, actually the first one we had. We heard about this during training, but never observed it first hand until that call. Anyway, the poor kid wasn't that old, and had several empty cans of the duster in the car. Sad what people come up with nowadays to try and get high. You always wonder what they are thinking when doing something so foolish, Is life really that boring or bad, I don't think so. Its ashame.
