Nowadays especially, with so many options other than simply mono, the breaking strength of the line isn't as big a concern as the diameter of the line. Your reel will be rated for an optimum diameter range. This the range of diameters it will cast the best and spool the most efficiently. Just don't put more drag force on the rod and reel than they are rated to handle. Super braids are much thinner and stronger. You need to use the right diameter on these lines, the breaking strength of the line is practically irrelevant.
Pay more attention to diameter than breaking strength and you're equipment will serve you much better.
