  1. Congrats! That will be an awesome hunt! Taking the 300WBY? I sure would!
  2. In my opinion this is just setting the stage so the federal government can get their hands directly on some of the sportsman's money which is now going solely to the individual states via license fees. In other words, if we wanna keep fishing, it's gonna cost us.
  3. That's great! Good job!
  4. This is awful news. Prayers sent Norm!
  5. Still causing me some headaches but it is definitely getting better. I told my wife this is the most painful sinus infection I've ever had. I know you're joking about pawning the guitar. For those who don't know. My right hand was temporarily paralyzed back in 2003. It's been seven years and a lot of effort. It's a miracle I can play at all. I'm very thankful for that.

    Fruit People

Try these https://www.greenbags.com/ They keep fruits and vegetables fresh a long time. In my experience they really work.

Very nice Tony! That's a real nice pronghorn!
  9. Thanks, I am starting to feel better, the antibiotics are helping. The sinus infection is in my upper sinuses where I've had a couple surgeries. I had a major headache for five days in a row. Day 5 is when I finally called the doctor. He had me in the ER that day (Wednesday) getting a CT scan because they were worried something had gone seriously wrong with one of my surgeries. Scared the heck out of me! I thank the Lord it's only a nasty sinus infection.
  10. There are good decoys and bad decoys. There are the right times to use certain decoys and the wrong times. Decoys rarely work on their own merits. Coupled with good calling they do generally increase your chances of pulling in a bird. They can be as difficult to learn to use properly as it is to learn to call. Some situations a decoy actually hurts your chances. Some situations the decoy helps make it happen. I sure don't know all the answers about how to use them and when not too.
  11. Glad you mentioned traction bars! I was thinking YEP!
  12. I know how hard that is to put something like together Ruttinbuc. I got mine already folks. He did good!!!
  13. I had it once and remember thinking, "I don't remember eating anything that color green!" Funny now but sure as heck wasn't then!
  14. I've had a couple of them do that. Sometimes you can stop the "melting" by spraying them down with Furniture polish. Sometimes even that won't stop it. I'm not sure why some of them do that. I've got a few other guns with Limbsavers on them and they don't have that problem. Try a Hi Viz X-Coil Redi-Fit pad. They make one for your 835 (make sure you pay attention to the selection notes, there are two sizes for the 835). I've got one on my Browning Gold turkey gun. It's a great pad.
  15. In the VIDEO INFO click MORE INFO that will give you the link to the Player that has the DOWNLOAD option.
  16. Go to the youtube link below. And then click on the link in the Video info section. The player that will then open has a download option. Ruttinbuc asked if he could use one of the songs in one of his videos. Just as long as I get credit for the clip you are all free to do so as well.
  17. Darn fine knives there for sure! A real pretty Damascus and I really like 154CM for stainless knife blades.
  18. It's a Composite Acoustics GXI. I bought it used (just barely used) from a guy that had a couple of them and didn't need this one any more. I got a really really good deal. It's a carbon body guitar. This clip doesn't do the sound it makes total justice as I'm just playing through the piezo pick up. The mic was on but there was too much house noise in that track to use it as the primary sound. Composite Acoustics also makes a Cargo model guitar that looks like the "mini-me" of this one. It's a travel guitar with a big sound.
  19. Thanks Steve, Rilda is a good listener! You can download this song from here (it's free). Just pick the download option on the player. http://www.reverbnation.com/tunepak/2384223
