Re: Getting Started The T/C Black Diamond in .50 caliber is a GREAT Deer Gun!! I "Flat-Lined" two Deer with mine last fall with two shots. Most accurate load, in my Diamond, is: 90.0 Grs (Volume) "777" FFG behind a .452" saboted (Hi-Pressure) Hornady 250 grain XTP fired by a 209. primer.

Re: Deer\'s Eyes Deer are colored blind, seeing only shades of dark and light. However they can see the "Shine" of a Hunter orange vest quite easily, but not the orange. Their eyes are more adapted to detecting motion or movement.

I am sorry your son didn't get a turkey though. I live in Northern Vanderburgh County, and we just starting to see Wild Turkeys here. About three weeks ago my Brother and I saw a Tom in full strutt trying to impress a hen turkey. I really don't hunt Turkeys as I've never really had a place to hunt them. I see tons of them in Kentucky where I Deer Hunt though during Deer Season.

Re: Food plot question? There is no size limits to a food plot. The type of plantings are important. Make sure the "food" you plant, will grow in your soil type and area.

Re: Anyone receiving SPAM from this source? I think the very best way is for all who receive unwanted e-mail SPAM is to turn these individuals and outfits over to the Attn. General's office in your State and also to the F.C.C.!! I have the anti spyware installed and up-to-date plus anti virus software. These individuals are getting around these and are getting smarter, too bad they can't do something constructive other than send unwanted SPAM and invading ones' privacy. Maybe they need a lawsuit filed against them.

Just curious to see if anyone is receiving SPAM MAIL from a source with the domain: www.hopeforit.com ? Seems like I am receiving around 8 pieces of spam with subject ranging from on-line singles to on-line pharmacies, and a few mailing that offer on-line gambling. They always come with someone's name like [email protected] or a product name. I am sure sick and tired of receiving this trash and have e-mailed www.hopeforit.com Anyone that is receiving SPAM from this source should write them and tell them to stop it or you will turn their domain over to the FCC and/or Attn. General office in your State. LETS GET TOUGH WITH THESE JERKS!!!

Re: Black Diamond Twist I can't see any reason why your Black Diamond can't shoot 300 grainers. Lots of guys shoot them with no problems. Personally, I receive the best accuracy using 250 grain (.452") Hornady XTP in a sabot, using 90 grains (Volume) of Triple "777" FFG, and a 209 primer. My B.D. is a .50 caliber.
