i was looking in the right place but she hadnt been booked yet so it wasnt up. I found it though and she was arrested for failure to appear, fraudulently obtaining dangerous drugs, criminal contempt, and theft. I always sleep with my 41 loaded next to my bed but now i just wanna plain move out but i love it out here. The theft thing worries me more than anything since i have guns, computer, my 4 wheeler, a trailer, and an extra set of tires for my truck that are expensive mud tires. But im really am glad i called the cops back after they left to get her out of here. I just hope they dont know that i told the cops she was home. Hopefully our landlord evicts them. I called him before i found out what she did and he didnt know anything about it. So i guess i should call him and let him know what is going on in his rental house. It goes to show you cant trust anyone and judge them by their appearance. She seemed like a good person and has 4 kids all at least 18 years old that live with her. Its just a shame what people get themselves into.

Some background info....I live on an acre of land in a trailerhouse and there is another house on the land not 30 yards from my house. Ok this morning my girlfriend came out to my house to watch our dog while i went to class. She text me during class and said that the cops just came to my house looking for my neighbors. She said the cops were walking all around their house looking in the windows cuz they wouldnt come to the door. I left school and came home to talk to the cops but they were already gone by the time i got home. So i called the police department and told them i knew they were home cuz their dogs were now outside and all their cars were there. So the cops came back out and arrested one of them! I dont know what for but i would really like to know to see if its safe for me to live here. I know there are alot of cops on here so ya'll might know. Is there anyway i can look up what she did to see what im dealing with here?

i have never done it but my dad had to have a little chunk on his 25-06 reblued. He brought his rifle to the saddle maker to have a scabbard made for it. Some how in the process of forming the leather to the gun, some kind of solvent or other harsh something or other got on the bluing on the rifle and stripped the blueing off about a 2-3" chunk on the muzzle of his rifle. My dad didnt feel comfortable doing it himself and took it to a gunsmith to get touched up. needless to say, the gunsmith did a horrible job and the "reblued" chunk does not even come close to matching the rest of the bluing on the rifle. Make sure you ask around alot and maybe talk to some gunsmiths to see if they can give you tips too. Ill have to ask my dad about who payed for the screw up. If he did ill have to kick him in the butt! lol

Elk are hard to find animals. Not like deer. Ive killed them way back in the mountains too and we have had to leave stuff back in our camp and take the meat out and then ride the 22 miles back in to get the rest of our stuff. Just do you homework and make sure he can give you a pretty good chance at success.

Cried after they shot a deer? Now dont go calling me a big baby or anything. I worked extremely hard for my deer this year and had an incredible amount of respect for the buck i shot. The only people that know that i bawled like a baby are my mom and girlfriend because i called them to tell them the good news right after i shot the buck while my dad was coming with the pickup. My mom immediately thought i had an accident and had shot someone when she heard me on the phone. I think the only time ive cried harder was when my grandma died. I just dont even know how to describe what i was feeling when i shot him. I was thankful that god gave me the chance to harvest him on my last morning to hunt of the season before i had to go back to school. I had hunted as hard as i could for 5 or 6 days straight and hadnt even seen a good buck the whole time. Anyways, has anyone else shed alot of tears because they were happy about the buck they shot and the chance they were given?

i would love it if mine had a bull barrel. but i guess thats why i always leave my 204 at home and take my 22-250 when i go coyote hunting.

i got a letter in the mail too and then some lady hand delivered mine. Ive seen commercials for it with the actors from Tyler Perry's Meet the Browns and ive seen other tv show characters do commercials for it. Really rediculous.

Well unlike most college kids i dont think im partying tonight. I have way too much homework to do. wierd huh? Most everyone around here goes to Butte, MT. I guess it gets pretty crazy down there. Basically the whole town is Irish from back when the mine was going strong. I cant even imagine the amount of DUI's and MIP's the cops give out down there. From what i have heard, if you are under age and get caught drinking, they throw you in the paddy wagon and take you down to the jail and have to get bailed out. they street cops dont even deal with you.

That is exactly what my 22-250 used to look like. My god father gave it to me, and he had a gun blow up in his face a long time ago which took half his face off. after tons if reconstructive surgery he turned out ok. but his right eye isnt much good anymore so he would carve a big chunk out of the cheek piece on his rifles so he could shoot right handed but with his left eye. So i had to buy another stock for mine! Pretty cool to see another one like mine and what it used to look like!

My brother has a 5 stage chip in his 01 cummins with a 5 inch straight pipe. it flat hauls! last time he went back to my parents house he had it on stage 5 which is the race stage, his motorcycle in the back and was doing 75 the whole way plus going over the divide and got 23mpg! By the way Steve, was that Lookout pass you went over going to Cour'dalane? If it was, you drove right by my house in Missoula!

The grass is starting to turn green in some spots and all the snow is gone in my yard.......BUT.......i wanna kill all the robins already. One woke me up at 5am singing outside my window. Had an extremely long night doing homework and class this morning so i was not in the mood. lol.

Im a senior here at the University of Montana majoring in Communicative Sciences & Disorders ( fancy name for speech therapy) and work part time behind the gun counter at Bob Ward and Son's sporting goods store.

I have a burris on my 270 and love it, have a sightron on my 300WSM and i love the clarity but hate the eye relief, i have a sightron on my 204 and i hate it, and my other rifles have 3-9x50 leupold rifleman's on them and i like the scope but hate the high rings. I put a nikon 3-9x40 buckmaster BDC on my girlfriend's 270 and i love that scope. might get a 4.5-14x40 for my 300WSM and a 6-18x40 for my 204. Maybe a 4.5-14x40 for my 22-250 too

I have alot of gut hook knives and even when i carried a knife with a gut hook, i didnt use it. The only knives i ever carry are a buck fixed blade vanguard or a buck 110 folding that my girlfriend got me for out one year anniversary. I have gutted 16 deer, 2 antelope, and 4 elk with my buck vanguard. Keep a tally on the brass butt of the knife!

Here is another one from that same day. Was about -30 degrees and the dogs were hungry! and here is one that my brother killed with my 22-250 in the same general area one morning while we were out antelope hunting.

+1 on the truck! We have ling here in MT. I havent ever caught one but a guy i work with catches a bunch of them up in Eureka by the canadian border

Remington 700 SPS Varmint 204. 2.5-10x44 Sightron And my trusty old kill everything Remington 700 22-250. I will never ever get rid of this gun! 3-9x50 Leupold Rifleman This 22-250 has killed gophers, foxes, coyotes, deer, antelope, and crippled cows.

I used to live a right outside of Lake Charles. Ill have to ask my family down there if they have heard anything about this. It just tears me up to hear about something like that. I just dont know what would make people do something like that. Just plain sick

The only alarm set on my phone is for Tuesday and Thursdays when i have class. Get up at 7, make some coffee, check all my stuff on the computer, shower, and head to school for class from 9:40-3:30 solid. I only work Tuesday and Friday evening 5-9 and Sunday 10-6 so Tuesday is my only busy day. Every other day is just school, homework, and whatever else.

At least i made it on the list! lol

I saw one a couple weeks ago back home. My dad said his boss went out last week and shot tons of them. I cant wait till spring break to shoot some!

Just thought i would let everyone know that i grilled me an elk backstrap for dinner tonight along with some baked beans. Didnt think to take any pics though. It sure was good!
