I was just wondering if the lady bugs are as horrible anywhere else than as they are here. The last couple yrs they have become an obsolute pest when we are hunting in our box blinds. As long as its cold they dont bother u but as soon as it warms up a little they are EVERYWHERE. They crawl down my gun barrel and get anywhere else they possibly can. I vacuumed prolly over a 1000 of them around the lights in our camp last night (not jokin). I was just wondering if anyone else was having and noticed their rise in population??

I was at our hunting lease this weekend and one of the guys in the huntin club next to us pulled up sat. morning and he had the 9 pt. on the back of his 4 wheeler. i had been hunting this deer all season w/ my bow and hadn't got him. I thought he was goin to make it through the yr., but he didn't. i have some pics of him on my web page if u wonna c him...just thought i'd share that w/ u.

Re: quick question? yes i was aware about the practice and shooting. i was just curious bc i'm lookin to get a new muzzle loader that shoots 150 grains and was just seeing how far u guys shoot it at.

I was just wondering how far you guys are comfortable shooting your muzzleloaders out in the field and at how many grains?

Re: LOOKY Here! .243 You Chose??? A buddy of mine has a remington .243 model 7 and loves it. i've even hunted w/ it and shot a couple hogs and deer. it's a very lightweight and compact gun. I would def. recommend it . On the other hand i bought a browning a-bolt, although its not a .243 i still love it. Both great guns..good luck.

Re: Arkansas? I hunt about 30 minutes from Stutgart on some prime ducking hunting fields. Its been slow all yr and the guy who owns the property is up there right now. He called me yesterday as a matter of fact and said its so slow that he hasn't even been going. Duck hunting is on a steady downfall the past few yrs....i'm not going to voice my opinion about why bc i know they have some DU supporters in here..cough cough lol

So i dont understand why sit on an internet forum and argue back and forth amungst one another when it will not get anyone anywhere. This is just my opinion on the subject and i believe that it should just be dropped or erased from the forum if it is causing this much trouble. When i get on my computer at night its to relax and get away from the hectic day i just had and the last thing i want to do is get on this site(which i spend most of my time now) and read posts that go back and forth b/w two adults just so one can get the last word in.
