How well to the Razor Tricks fly for you Gerhard? I am considering both them and the Griz Tricks for next season.

I'd have to see it first hand to say for sure, but it sounds like a possible finishing defect. If it was mine and that was the problem, I'd disassemble, strip/sand off the existing finish, and refinish it. Mainly because I have finishing experience and am not afraid to mess with it. If I wouldn't have done it before, I'm sure I'd be nervous about trying it. Do you have any close-up pictures?

The mini notebooks are sweet if you intend to use them for what they were designed for, internet use and smaller tasks as you mentioned. I don't have one but have set up a couple here in the IT dept. Congrats on your new toy!

I've had a Stihl 025 with a 16" bar for about 10 years. I've used it clear trees and brush in my yard and where I hunt. Literally hundreds of trees 12" and under. It is definitely easier to handle than my dad's 041 Farm Boss, but also doesn't have the power that his does. There have been times that it has seemed underpowered, but if you keep it clean and keep the chain sharp it does well.

Been a very frustrating year for me. I was finally able to kill this for the freezer Saturday morning. I can't remember if we can submit more than one doe, so I'll have to check the regs before I post it in the submittal thread.

YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!! If I had the opportunity and my wife and family supported it, I'd have a hard time passing up the opportunity to experience the hunting, fishing, and atving that is to be had up there.

I agree with MCH, I don't want to outlive any of my kids. The thought just makes me want to cry. And why would anyone chew on aluminum foil??!! Another one for me: seeing a person being operated on. I have never had a problem gutting an animal, but when it's a person I can't stand it. My wife, being in the health care field, just laughs at me. I could never be a doctor.
