  4. Thinking about getting a pocket .380, and know a few folks that have the Kel-Tec, but none that have the Ruger. Anyone have one? Like/dislike? How much did you pay? Is it able to carried in a pants pocket? Thanks. Ben
  5. You're kidding right? If not, that's too bad, but to each his own. At least you tried it. Ben
  6. Whatever is on sale when what I have wears out. I'm not picky with my pattern. With good stand placement and good woodsmanship, you could hunt in blue jeans and a t-shirt. Ben
  7. My class was $50 and the licensing fees to the state were around $150 here in Oklahoma if I remember correctly. Ben
  8. Aside from BB and pellet guns, it was a Marlin lever action 30-30. Still have it, still hunt with it, and it's still my favorite one! Ben
  9. That's what I had figured, but wanted to run it by the "pro's" first! Thanks guys. Ben
  10. What can I do to encourage native clover to grow? A few spots I mowed over the summer have clover in them, but it doesn't grow very big. Would like to see the clover take over the fields. Ben

  20. I'll be glad to help in any way I can, just let me know. Ben
  21. I would like a place to go and find info on DIY hunts around the country. Info like: public land access out of state license costs times to apply what regions offer the best opportunities etc. Ben
  22. Sounds like fun to me. Best of luck, and let us know what markets you're at. BTW, have a look at this: http://growgreencountry.blogspot.com/ It's a non-profit that JaLynn and I give to. We give from our garden, but they also round up excess from farmers markets and deliver it to the John 3:16 mission for the homeless. If you ever find yourself with a mess of produce that's just going to set and spoil, let me know and I'll pick it up for delivery. I'll have to ask Brooke or Heather about a possible tax credit. Ben
