I bought some of the GHG shells 3yrs ago. I use to hunt out of my boat mainly. They have been in a decoy bag since day and the paint and flocking still look great after many miles riding down the highway in the boat. They have not deformed at all. I would buy them again.

I hunt eastern nebraska. Just started deer hunting last year and got a nice buck. Seen a couple nice ones a couple nights ago.

Best thing to do is get a dvd of some kind. I've Shawn Stahl's Honker Talk dvd I really liked it. Just takes alot of practice. Like on a flute you blow and say words to get sounds. On a sr you need to push the air and use your tonuge to cut the air off to make the sound.

I would say try to find someone to take you out or wait until you have some decoys to hunt them. Pass shooting only makes it harder for everyone else. I got a place to hunt by a couple sand pits and a river were in the winter there can be a ton of geese in the area. But some people by there makes it hard to hunt them. Their are to lazy to sit up decoys rather sit on 5gal buckets by hay bales in the field pass shooting. They hardly ever Knock anything down. You can wacth the geese come off the river real low when they get close to the fields they go straight up way out shotgun range fly like that for a couple miles before the find a field to feed in. Which is past were I can hunt. I only hunt out there once in a great while because all you do is watch the birds fly by and the pass shooters unload their guns. Sorry just had to vent about skybusting

Congrats on the new boat it looks great. I know I can't wait to get my new boat should get it any day been on order since the end of july. I'm getting a momarsh layout boat.

The fights were pretty good I think the best part was my seat was next to the ring girls. Got a couple hour nap before we headed out to go goose hunting. The geese been using this pasture for the last couple weeks thought it was going to be a good hunt but didn't see a goose. We found out later that the farmer let someone go dove hunting there the last couple mornings.

A buddy got tickets to go a MMA fight tonight. Not sure if its like UFC but for ring side seats that are free looks like its going to be a short night to night. Our teal and early goose opens tomorrow.

Last year I got my buddy's first bird on video it was a bow kill. Than when it was my turn to shot. My buddy droped down the camera to watch the arrow go. So you can hear the arrow hit the bird but you're watching the ground
