Re: Need Help On Huge Buck! what is the temp going to be where you are today?if its going to warm up much i would take the day off somehow.if it gets too warm the meat will spoil also there is a good chance another animal will find it and start to eat it.if its your first buck find someway to call off work or go in after you find it.

I just read in the delaware state news that delaware is going to pay somewhere around $10,000 to hire sharpshooters to come in and shoot around 600 deer in feb or march.it seems they think this is the answer to our growing deer herd.i think making the season longer and allowing sunday hunting would help.i can only hunt on saturdays because of my work and i would love to hunt on sunday.i for one am going to look into this and see what can be done.i really would like to hear from all you fellow hunters on this issue.

Re: I had the chance ive gut shot deer with bow and gun and it took a lot of time but i found em.i hope just because it was a "small 6" you werent short with your search.a small 6 deserves the same effort as a giant 12.
