How many of you guys do any working out? No really weight lifting or anything but maybe bike or run? Seems like more and more people I know are starting to. Whole family on one side has turned into some health nuts or something I don't know.lol
Anyway I was just wondering if any of you guys do. I sure don't but thinking about starting. Seem to really be getting out of shape. Was doing good there for a while hitting the gym and what not but quit and put on some extra weight than before I started.?
