I am not a chemist, but I would think that the products on the market have some effect to some degree...maybe not all that is hyped or promoted, but something.
I feel for ya...been there...it seems like every season for me lately is built with high anticipation...but when the season gets here, I have to deal with situations that is some ways take the fun out of it for me.
congrats...in a perfect world...every arrow released would find its exact mark. I wouldn't beat yourself up to bad...at least you got her...heck even the "pros" make terrible shots...some from a lot closer than the one you took!
there are many sights that offer reviews on bow hunting equipment...just Google them. You could also try your local archery proshop for some advice too.
There is a real good thread on the Rage broad head...I started it a little while back and there is over a 100 comments. Look for it and read through some of the field tested insight.
First off...it the problem you and your overall form or the bow and its accessories and mechanics? Figure that out and go from there. If your dad shoots the bow well, the problem is probably you and not the bow for the most part.
