The grape jelly/chili sauce combo has been a staple on meatballs in my finally for many years. My mom makes a crock pot of them every Christmas Eve and we all usually fight over them. I do like the idea of adding some cayenne pepper to it to spice them up a bit though.
My understanding is that the "assault" weapons ban and mag limit needs to be passed through congress. I can't see either of those bills making it through the House.
I believe we have one more year of the current system. It's hard to imagine that had OSU self banned from their bowl game last year, it would have been OSU vs ND in this game.
Looks like nice accommodations. When I was in my mid-teens I used to winter camp a fair bit. We had a popup camper and would use a small electric heater to keep the place "warm". We'd hike all day and spend the night huddled around the heater playing cards. Good times.
In two weeks I'm leaving for Oklahoma for my 4th trip to the red dirt boar ranch. I spent quite a long time researching various places and they had the best bang for your buck. Pig hunting is definitely fun and they are wonderful hosts.
Sausage and mushroom is the way to go. I can name about 6 restaurants here in central WI that serve pizza cut in squares. I actually prefer it that way.
Thanks for posting. I sent this to about 75 friends and family as I'm not sure of the traction it will get in the media. If I can find Piers Morgan's email address, I'll send it to him as well.
I ended up having to shovel yesterday at 6:15am, 2:30pm, and 5:30pm. This morning my back told me to stop being cheap and go buy a snow blower. I just may listen to it.
I don't know the exact total but I bet we've gotten 8 inches already and it is still coming down like crazy. The winds are picking up too. This storm is going to get worse before it gets better. The building I work in is right next to a major highway and I can't believe how fast people are going. Slow down and get there in one piece!!
I still remember the Christmas that my brother and I got one. I loved Mike Tyson's Punch Out and Tecmo Bowl. Funny how you had to blow into the game and console and also tap the sides of the game to make it work after they got worn out. My parents still have ours along with about 25 games in their basement. I should get it out this weekend and play it.
Looks like a big winter storm is heading my way with anywhere from 5-10 inches of snow expected Wed-Thurs although they still aren't sure of the track of it. I wish the ice was more solid before getting that much snow though. It's always best to have a good foundation of solid ice before it snows. Oh well.
