I think I'm done with catfishing for the year now will be doing it next year.

Well I hope you get some pics of him and get a chance to take him this fall good luck. Alot of fun playing with trail cameras cause you don't really know whats going to be on there.

Its a great place to fish has some really nice smallies in there too.

I don't care about the score I just like to see if other peoples guess is close to what I think. I could shoot a doe and just be happy with that. Most of the time its harder to kill a big mature doe because they come through the woods with there head up and being alert at all times. If there is a buck that has a messed up set of antlers I would shoot him if he gave me the proper shot at him. So score does not matter to me I haven't killed a great big buck and I'm happy with all the ones I have got.

What do you think he would score now that you can tell more about him?

Yeah he barely got the 11th and 12th point. I have had pictures of him for 4 yrs now so I'm not real sure how old he is now. It was hard to let him go last year the 3 times that I saw him I won't be able to do it this year. The neighboring farm has been seeing him so I hope he doesn't poach it. I have been up there at the farm after dark before and I saw him with a spotlight out in his field so I won't be able to let him go again. Just hope he doesn't get poached now.

Caught them on tygart tailwaters.

Thats a trophy rock can see about half of it there is a big whole there where they have been diggin for the salt.

Here are some trout I caught last Friday. The one I am holding by itself was 22 inches and 5 lbs a big male with a hook jaw. I think thats a nice rainbow. The other big one i had was 22 in and 4.5 lbs. I caught another one that was around that and I threw it back it was a big female. The other two were around 18 inches so thats not bad for 2.5 hrs of trout fishing. Hope everyone likes them.

People wanted to see him out of velvet now that I fially got some pictures worth looking at I'll post them. He looks bigger now than when he was in velvet he would be easier to score now. What does everyone think of him?

I would get the T/C encore prohunter its a great gun. It has the limbsaver recoil pad built into the stock which takes out 43% of the recoil and it shoots really good too. Then when it was time to buy a new gun you can just buy the barrels for it instead of the gun which makes it cheaper in the long run.

My friend called me yesterday and told me these deer are starting to lose there velvet too. I was wondering when they would start to do that just knew it would be soon.

Looks like he would be kinda hard to pass up. It would all depend how late in the year how many bucks you have killed if not many then yeah I would shoot it but yet again the trophy is in the eyes of the beholder.

I don't have the picture of him yet its on my camera I just went up and looked through the pictures to see what I had in 3 days I'll get it tomorrow so maybe tomorrow.

Yeah he will be a nice one in a few years hope no one will shoot him on another property.

I got pictures of this buck last night and he is out of velvet now looks nice from the picture.

Thats the camera i use and I'm really happy with it. It takes really good pictures has a far flash range.

It won't bother they deer they will get use to it after a while.

Thats a nice 6 point would be hard to let go. I'm sure someone will see him walking through the woods in gun season and see his top 3 point and end up shooting him.
