I had a similar problem with my cuddeback last season, I would keep getting a cam error readout. I tried several different cards and still got the same error message, I tried several days to talk to someone at cuddeback but kept getting a busy signal, finally got to talk with someone and they gave me a rma number and I sent the camera back, she told me it would be awhile before the camera would get back to me, it took about 3 weeks and I got the camera back with a new motherboard installed, everything was taken care of,but it took a little longer than I expected for the price that I had paid for the camera.
