  6. Went out scouting my hole last night. There were the 1000 or so mallards milling around where my decoy normally sit, but also right at the bank of the river there were around 65-85 Pintails. Man ol' man, I cant wait for day next weekend.

    Im back!

Hey hey, I got married last weekend, two weeks after our first child was born. Sold the house I bought 6 months ago and starting building a new house on a 200 acre farm I just bought. New tundra sitting in the driveway as of a month ago. Now, its time to start saving my money! No, none of that is true, still the same ol' stuff, I think. When did you last check in here.

    Fire Pit Build Thread

Yeah, with a little more money in the pocket and time I will be added a circle patio deal of some sort as well as boxing in my garden that will be close by. Hopefully in the weeks to come I will have updated pics.
  12. It's more truck than I can handle? You really have no idea what you're talking about when it comes to what I can handle and the past racing experience I have, pit crew experience and fabricator. You didn't even say what kind of truck it was.

    ***Urgent***

Is what they are asking now well within your price range for a loan? If it is, I would make an offer of 1-2k less than what they are asking for AND for them to pay all closing cost. Leaving you just the down payment. Asking for the 1-2k will give them room to counter offer full asking price and they pick up the closing cost which in your mind is exactly what you wanted since the 15k less they have already come down was within your budget. That make sense? Also, ask for any and all appliances they have in the house already if you dont have them from your current house. My deal was this..... I asked for 2k less than what she was asking, all closing cost, washer, dryer, fridge, and microwave. She counter offered 1k less and I can have everything but the washer and dryer. SOLD!!!

Just did it. I dont know how your experience will go with a wife, ie female. I just drove down the street with the realtor (Find a hot one, they will make the experience more fun and not so stressful) and pointed at the house I wanted and said, lets put in a bid and get it inspected. First one didnt work out. 45 minutes after figuring that that one did not work out, I had a bid on a second. I cant see it going that smoothly and stress free with the wife figure. All in all, its an easy process, a lot of signing papers. Just find something you like and get a quality inspection. Mine was 300 bucks but worth it. Also, negitiate a tone of things. Its a buyers market now, not a sellers. You can get a lot of things paid for if you ask. Worst case they say no.
  16. Explain your process here. Exactly which bearings did you grease and with what?
  17. Be safe on the way home Timbo and Clint. Congrats again! Also, whoever the heck has facebook, get whatever it is Tim is talking about, save it to your computer and upload it to photobucket to post it here for those people who do not have facebook, like myself. Remember, I didnt hold out for long, not even an hour to post pics of Tim's deer. Its the least you can do for me. I wanna see dang it!!!
  18. Congrats Pops and Daughter!!!
  19. Congrats! Looking forward to the story and pictures.....

  21. The only thing I have used was a rattle bag. Used it once in South Carolina and called in a nice 8pt who came gruntin' and pissed off at the world straight at me. Dont think he minded that I used the bag over real antlers as he hit the ground.
  22. After reading the title to this thread again, I should have worded it a little different. I bet 99.9999999% of the bucks are on the ground and the other 0.000000001% and jumping a fence right now....hmmmm......I was a little excited, brain didnt work. Just wanted to call myself out on that, before any of you people did.
